Jesus’ Message to the 7 churches

“He who has an ear let him hear,
what the spirit says to the churches.”

“He who has an ear …”

How many today, have an ear to hear what the Spirit of God is saying to the Churches?

What percentage of the Church today has a listening ear: to hear the Voice of the Good Shepherd, and to Follow Him, doing the Will of the Father, as He Followed the Will of His Father, leaving us a perfect example of How to Live the Life of Heaven?

How can we tell if the church we attend has a listening ear
that is ready to hear and obey the Message of Jesus?

How do we know if we ourselves have a listening ear, and are ready not only to listen, but to obey, and become the fruitful example of what it looks like to Follow Jesus Christ? Bearing God’s Heavenly Fruit in everything we think, say, and do?

Are we a faithful link in the the Chain of God’s Heavenly Command?

  1. Do our labors inspire the Body of Christ (all the people in our Church) to become “living examples” of the Word of God?

  2. Does our fruitfulness, cause others to be righteously jealous and want to also be “fruit bearing believers” in the Body of Christ?

  3. Do our Works of Faith in Christ Reflect the Perfect Love, Power, Faith, Endurance, Grace and Truth of the Works of the Early Church and of the Apostles and their followers “in Christ”?

  4. Does our Witness of Christ make other men, women, and children thirsty to Know Him? Obey Him? Follow Him? Become Like Him? and Bear His Fruit like Him?

John 7:37-39 (KJV)
If any man thirst, let him come unto me, and drink. 38 He that believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. 39 (But this spake he of the Spirit, which they that believe on him should receive: for the Holy Ghost was not yet given; because that Jesus was not yet glorified.)

That is a pretty good test of Genuine Biblical and Jesus authenticated Faith. Did you catch that?

Jesus just said, “if any man … believeth on me, as the scripture hath said, out of his belly shall flow rivers of living water. This is the Testimony of the Savior of the World. Do we see these rivers of living water pouring out of the men like Peter, James, John, Paul, Barnabas, Silas, Apollos, Stephen, Phillip the Evangelist?

We do in fact, see the river of grace pouring out of their lives from the Testimony of the Holy Spirit, who included their testimonies in the Word of God, for the benefit of those who will read them and be challenged by their lives.

What is the river of grace the Holy Spirit is alluding to?

We see it clearly in the testimony of Stephen, where the Word of God could not be stopped.

As Stephen was being tested by the pharisees and the religious elite in Jerusalem, he stood his ground, not yielding on inch in God’s Gospel of Conviction and

Repentance, and Faith, while sharing the Truth of God’s Testimony (the historical rebellion of false believers rebelling against the will of God).

Stephen was speaking the Words of God’s Testimony, and they murdered him for it.

Stephen spoke such Truth that condemned his opponents to their core. Anger and animosity, the depth of their own deception, and self righteousness, turned into a murderous rage, and uncontrollable emotional deluge that caused them to put to death one of God’s Holy Servants who was pure in faith.

Stephen was pure in doctrine, pure in speech, and perfect in submission and contentedness in obedience to the will of God.

Even as Stephen was dying, he was asking God to forgive them. The river of mercy was flowing through Stephen. The River of Boldness in the midst of Social and Spiritual Attack. The River of Truth in the midst of doctrinal debate. The River of Love in the Midst of a torrent of Hate. The River of the Call to Enter Heaven sealing his testimony with his own blood, just Jesus did, was flowing through Stephen. How do our modern teachers, leaders, men of faith and boldness compare to Stephen?

How many preachers today, have that kind of river flowing through them today, as Stephen did in his day?

How many even aspire to have it?

How many Gospel Ministers today even dare to honor the testimony and memory of Stephen, and teach we should desire to live as a similar examples of Faith on Fire with the River of Salvation flowing as it was in Stephen’s Life?

  • Does our Faithful and Faith Filled sharing of God’s Word motivate others to study God’s Word and gain God’s boldness like Stephen had gained God’s Boldness?

  • Does our Living Example of Christ demonstrate the power, accuracy, truth, faith, hope, and love while we share God’s Powerful Testimonies of Healing and Deliverance, Salvation and Separation from the World?

  • Do our words and life compel and Convict others that they have been deceived? Been Corrupted? Been Set up for Spiritual Failure? Spiritual Destruction? Eternal Rejection? (How will that happen? By following another gospel, another Jesus, another pastors false understanding of the church and his mission to serve her well, rather than making the church serve him well. Not just a loss of Rewards, but a total Loss of Life, (is what is at stake) that we stand in judgement and in dire need to have the Works of God flowing through our lives as a Living Breathing, Heavenly Blessed, and Consecrated Testimony unto our righteous love for God and obedience to God in walking out the Will of God in our Lives. This is God’s Message to the Church, but will she listen?

In other words, do we have enough of the Word of God, do we have enough of the Submission to God, do we have enough of the Grace and Faith in God, to bring the message of “Conviction of Sin” to our family, friends, neighbors, strangers and even to our enemies as we see this happening in the Life of Jesus, and in the Life of Stephen, and In the Life of Paul and Barnabas, and in the lives of the other witnesses throughout the scriptures that educate us in God’s clear pictures and examples of genuine God authenticated, Holy Spirit empowered Faith in God?

These are just of few of the Things Jesus Brings up in his Message to the 7 Churches in the Book of Revelation (which is actually more like a letter, but who is being picky now?)

This book or letter was given to the church as a gift. It was God’s idea to send this letter, and to whomever would have ears to hear, they would hear. But as we know, many factors will shape, and influence the way, the amount, the clarity, with which we will receive and understand, value and comprehend, as well as, learn how to obey exactly what is being written as a gift for us in this very day and hour of our own salvation.

I strongly believe the way you read this letter, will ultimately affect the way you respond to this letter, and will determine if in fact: you have an ear to hear, What God is saying to the Churches.

To accurately and faithfully setup the proper environment in the mind and heart that will receive the full message of Revelation 1-3, here is a message that will lay out a good foundation to develop a truthful, honest, dependable, and righteous listening ear. The Soldier Vs. the Civilian.

If you are indeed ready, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually, to enter into the Revelation of Revelation Chapters 1-3, please read the following with care and discernment.

The Big Picture of Revelation
Chapters 1-3

In Revelation Chapter One: we are introduced to the Person of Jesus in his present form, as Lord of Heaven and Earth. The Highest King above every King, the Highest LORD, above every other LORD. Chapter One is vivid picture indeed.

In Revelation Chapters Two and Three:   We meet Jesus sending a heavenly message to Each of the 7 Churches addressed. While sizing up each church’s works. Jesus basically gives each church a report card on how well, or how poorly, they are doing.

  • Two Churches, Smyrna (#2), and Philadelphia (#6) get radiant glowing report Cards, A+ all the way. Not one negative thing is said about them. And they were the poorest and most persecuted churches out of the seven. There is a message in itself. (“Blessed are the poor in spirit; for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.” Materialism is a killer in the Modern Church of God. “It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter into Heaven.”)

  • Three more churches get mixed reviews. Some are doing well in the churches, some are done poorly, and some are going horribly wrong, and are in danger of immediate judgement, and even a death sentence.

  • Two churches get a straight failing F for a grade. Jesus has nothing good to say about their works, although they thought they were doing Great! Jesus labels one church as lukewarm (although they thought they were rich and famous, Jesus is about to spit them out of his mouth). Jesus labels the other church as dead (although they thought they were alive), and many of them are about to have their names blotted out of the book of life, that is unless they repent.
(These two churches were apparently wealthy well to do churches, but they quickly found out … “You cannot serve God and Mammon.”)

As you can see Many Churches, The Majority of Churches (5 out of 7), have a truly false and erroneous assessment of themselves.

Why is that? Because they are not judging themselves from Heaven’s and God’s Perspective.

They choose to judge themselves by their own standards, and weight their actions and deed (works) from their own human perspectives. This is something that no Church should be doing. The Body of Christ, is just that: The Body of Christ.  It is owned, directed, trained, and made alive in Christ, not in man centered ideas and philosophies, nor any man centered motives, and especially not in man centered religion. That will be the death of any church. But that is also the most popular and most attended type of church people love to flock to. So we know from the git-go, we have a big mess to untangle and straighten out before we can claim we are truly walking in the Will of the Father who is in Heaven..

  • How many churches do you know that put obedience to Christ as their single number one most important and highest priority?
      .
  • How many churches teach that doctrine to their Leadership? To their congregations?
       .
  • How many Teach what it means to “Do the Works of God” or to “Meet the expectations” that Christ obviously has laid down for His Church?
        .
  • How many Church Leaders even know what is means to 1)  Know the Will of God? 2) Do the Will of God? 3) Obey the Spirit of God? or 4) Meet the Expectations of Christ for their Congregation, as presented in Jesus’ Message to the 7 Churches?

This will all become more and more evident as we accurately and faithfully seek to comprehend, know, and conform ourselves, and our lives, and our churches, to the message of Jesus’ Revelation, to the 7 Churches.

 Overcoming Personal and Corporate Deception

As noted: 5 of 7 churches had a deeply deceived understanding of their truthful spiritual position, and the quality of their own works before the LORD. As we see, it is God’s Grace to Come to them and Give them His Heavenly Perspective and Eternally Binding Evaluation of their Deeds.

Before, we even get started: This little bit of information gives us a huge advantage in our own lives, and in our own churches.

The key question is: Will we turn this huge advantage into usable and valuable information? Will this advantage actually change our lives and change our churches as it was intended to do? Or will we read, and hear this information with a clouded heart, a non-receptive mind, and turn the message into a disconnected intellectual, cerebral, theological study, that will never ever impact our daily lives and actions? Never change or transform our shared faith in obedience to the One True Messiah? Will we listen to, hear, and obey the Savior of the World? Is that not clearly the intent of His sending His message to us?

ACCOUNTABILITY …

Since Personal Deception, and Spiritual Excuse Making and Personal Self Righteousness are so prevalent and active in the Church of God and among the People of God, it might be a good idea for the individual, Believer and each individual Church to actually invite others to come into their lives, and help them examine their works and deeds, motives and faith, from an objective and unprejudiced perspective.

In others words, if I am cognitively aware of my own propensities to make excuses, and even lie about my life and faith (which I truly have done),  It may be better for someone else to judge and evaluate my life and faith, rather than just following my own bent and crooked judgement.

This rarely happens …

Admittedly, this rarely happens, even under the best of intentions, and the best of circumstances. I can be so entrenched in my own deception, that I will block every attempt of the Lord to bring correction, reproof, exhortation into my life, or even be open to it.

So we can all see the depth of the problem. We are facing the deep deception of our own Human Will. This is what started the whole mess in the first place. This is what we must face in attempting any reform of our own personal lives and especially our own church fellowship, but this is by far the greatest need we face in these final hours of time and our chance to get things right, before the Return of the LORD, and even before that, before the Great Falling Away, the Great Apostasy that is promised to come.

APOSTASY (noun) SYNONYMS: renunciation of belief, abandonment of belief, recantation; treachery, perfidy, faithlessness, disloyalty, betrayal, defection, desertion; heresy; ANTONYMS loyalty

DEFINITION: the abandonment or renunciation of a religious or political belief.
ORIGIN: Middle English: from ecclesiastical Latin apostasia, from a late Greek alteration of Greek apostasis defection.

Today, Time is the critical element, as well as THE NEED TO HAVE a deep desire to “Receive the Truth and so be Saved.” How deeply do we desire to Know the Truth? Are we willing to gouge out the eye of adultery? Cut off the hand of greed and worldly carnal materialism and entertainment? Chop off the foot that would lead a soul into the depths of Satan’s Den of Partying & Worldly Seduction and Sin, Hollywood Entertainment, Witchcraft, and every kind of abomination listed in the Word of God, and all the addictions men and women make excuses for.

Mark 9:43-48 (KJV)
43 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: 44 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. 45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt [handicapped] into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched: 46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched. 47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire: 48 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.

[Remember: Repetition is God’s Loud Speaker. Repetition is His way of turning up the volume to its maximum level. Can you clearly hear and see what is being repeated above?

The Need for deep, rigorous, personal and corporate assessment: The need for radical and deeply cutting righteous judgment is needed as much now as it ever has been. But who will do the work required? Who will take on the burden of the LORD? Only those who Have an Ear to Hear what the Spirit is saying to the Churches.

Therefore, I believe the first step in the Process is just that. 1) to Hear.

The second step in the process is to recognize who it is we are to Listen to: 2) The Spirit of God. This second step is no small thing. The Spirit of God is Sharp and Active, yet unless we truly desire to learn directly from Him (and desiring the changes he requires), you can basically forget about any real learning to be done.

Step Three in the process of Hearing WE ARE actually TO DO what is being commanded. And yes, this could be called the most critical step. Unless we are willing to put our own lives on the line like Stephen and others before us, who had rivers of living water flowing through them, THEN, all the learning that we will do will only be conjecture, postulations, probabilities, theories, until the Rubber of Self-Will, meets the Road of Personal Obedience, and Personal Sacrifice. Until that happens, we will never become a “Doer of the Word.” And as such we ourselves and the church Bodies we promote will actually straight up fail in our walk with God, even as 5 of the 7 churches were failing, in their witness of exampling the Testimony of Jesus to the world around them.

MARK THIS DOWN: If we have, lets just say, 1 million churches in the world today, and 5 out of 7 were disobedient and not doing the Will of God, we would have how many disobedient, dishonoring, disconnected, and even fraudulent churches in the World Today?

In other words, you have to sift through 714,285 to find:
285,714, possible faithful churches

Now, let us extend that possibility to an even stronger reality: What if only 1 out of 7 churches today were truly fully careful and attentive to listen, follow, and obey the Voice of What the Spirit is saying to the Churches?

What if only 1 out of 100 churches were truly obedient? Can you see the magnitude of the problem we face?

Overcoming Fake Religion

It is my desire to find a Body of Believers that is being Trained and Equipped to do whatever it takes to become 100% obedient to the Will of God, both individually and corporately, this is no small task. Yes, I will concede there are several churches that have pockets of faith and diligent obedience, but to find that among the broad population of the church is rare. And to find that kind of training from the pulpit is also rare. I have spoken to many pastors that believe if they spoke the direct message of immediate and complete, and permanent repentance, strong obedient faith, and self sacrifice, that they would lose the majority of their congregational supporters, especially those with big pockets.

As a result, pastors often lower the bar of expectation, and water down the message of righteous faithful obedience, and self sacrifice giving the people milk and no meat for their 30+ years in the pulpit (unless that sacrifice involves boldly giving or serving inside the four walls of the church).

Often to find true living examples of bold faith, one must look for a para-church organization, but there are often problems with these kinds of organizations as well.

[Therefore, as a defense against our own proclivities of self-deception: I truly believe, It is wise to allow others to evaluate our life and deeds before God. In that way, we may obtain a greater understanding, than by just going by our own opinions, and self-evaluations. Why? Because … We tend to be deceived and have a much higher opinion of ourselves than that of God or others. This tendency is strongly confirmed in Jesus Message to the 7 Churches.]

With each negative assessment of His Churches, Jesus gives instructions how to correct the wrongs being done, and also a warning, and a consequence to each church and each individual in the midst of each church, if they fail to abide by his judgement, and message.

In other words, everyone is going to come under Jesus’ judgment of their works, and he is going to reward each person, and each church, according to their works. And some individuals and church groups, and youth groups, and singles groups, and whole churches are going to lose their salvation status, if they chose not to repent of their misdeeds: their false idolatrous worship, and their fake religious practices, and their man centered religion, and their false doctrines, and evil sin that they tolerate in the Body of Christ.

Unless they become Doers of His Word, Jesus clearly states: the Churches will be rejected by God. As a consequence, they will forfeit the place they had in heaven.  And yes, Jesus states that their names will be removed, actually “blotted out” from the Book of Life. And anyone whose name was not found in the Book of Life, was eventually cast into the Lake of Fire, which is the Second Death.

  • There goes the “Once saved always saved” [OSAS] heresy down in flames, and the false security it proclaims.

  • That also destroys the “easy believe-ism” idea, that all a believer has to do is “just believe” and “do nothing” and he will be saved.

  • That also erases that false idea that God’s Love is totally unconditional, that it comes with no conditions at all.

If obedience is a condition, then God’s Love is Conditional. And guess what, obedience is the condition. In fact, obedience is the foundation for receiving of all God’s Blessings, All of God’s Promises, All of God’s Goodness in Relationship, and every Good thing that comes down from Our Father in Heaven to those on earth comes through their obedient genuine Faith in Christ.

These three false doctrines are deeply entrenched in many so called bible believing good churches. These erroneous lies have inundated much of our modern false church theology, and they are taught in the pulpits of preachers who are not living the Truth of God, but living a fake faith, and teaching a fake faith to the people they were entrusted with to tell the Truth.

Therefore a preacher, not willing to live by, nor even tell the truth to his audience, can only be identified as a false Shepherd, a hireling, and wolf in sheep’s clothing, and he all who follow his will and his counsel, that is against the Word of God, will likely perish, like the Tares among the Wheat, like the goats among the Sheep, like the foolish virgins among the wise.

It should be needless to say: This is indeed unadvisable, and truly unacceptable to the Son of God, and the Father who sent him to be a living and real representative and example of the Heavenly Life. God clearly expects of those who are faithful servants, to become good stewards of the holy things of the Most High God.

The Truth be Told, God set the Bar of Righteous Expectations High for His Son, and His Son set the Bar High for His Disciples, and anyone who would seek to lower that bar, and lower God’s expectations, and diminish or water down God’s pure, sure, clear instructions, endangers not only his own life in God, but also the lives of all that he shall influence to lower the bar as well.

Again, this is something that is clearly not advisable for any true believer, or any true, genuine, and authentic follower who is a disciple of Christ. And it is doubly dangerous and extremely unadvisable to be a teacher, pastor, evangelist, or any kind of minister or missionary, teaching that we should lower the Standards of God, because He really didn’t mean, what He clearly said.

To be perfectly honest, I do not want to be wearing the shoes of that guy on the day he stands before the Throne of God and has to give an account of what he has done in the midst of the Holy Body of Christ.

Now, if you will be honest with yourself, and honest with the Word of God, you will confirm and admit that many churches today are NOT following in the footsteps of the 2 Righteous (A+) Churches of Revelation.

As such, many will be receiving the same instructions from heaven, and the same judgments of Heaven, and the same call to repentance from heaven, and the same encouragement to overcome the lies, false doctrines, evil behaviors that have come into the Church.

And everyone will be judged not only by their works, but also by their thoughts, attitudes and words that generate their works.

Matthew 12:36-37 (KJV)
36 But I say unto you, That every idle word [every careless, mocking, insincere, false, or clever but beguiling word] that men shall speak, they shall give account thereof in the day of judgment. 37 For by thy words thou shalt be justified, and by thy words thou shalt be condemned.

So again, Yes. Jesus sets the bar High. But not impossibly high for those who are willing to “ABIDE IN HIM”, REMAIN IN HIM, in short to “Live in Him”, and He in Them, and to be unified and bonded and galvanized with other believers “in Christ” who are also “Abiding in Him,” Remaining In Him, and bearing the Fruit of Abiding in the Vine, and having their fields sown with Good Seed that is producing a harvest of some 100, 60, and 30 times what was sown.

Let us seek to be in this place of abiding and producing the Fruit of HEAVEN… That is our heavenly calling and the very purpose Jesus came and sanctified, and sacrificed himself for our lives, that we all should become one in Him. Right?

John 17:6-11 (KJV)
6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word. 7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. 8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me. 9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. 10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are [ONE].

This is good news to those who are “in Him.” That areOne with Him,” and One with the Father and The Spirit, and One with Each other. That is a high calling. That is a high bar to obtain, and an even Higher Bar for a Body of Believers to Maintain, because there will be a War. There will come an attack, and another attack, and another and another. Jesus understood, and understands this today as well as ever. That is why is word was sent to the early 7 churches, and why his word is sent to us today, to everyone who has an ear to hear what the spirit is saying to the Churches.

That is a short summary of what we need to investigate, study, and confirm from our reading of Jesus Message to the 7 Churches, contained in Revelation chapters 2 & 3.

The Example of Heaven

“THE EXAMPLE OF HEAVEN:”

Matthew 5:48 (KJV)
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

Yes, Jesus sets the Bar High. We must admit that.

It seems humanly impossible, to do all that Jesus commands of us, actually.

In fact, in our flesh it is humanly impossible. But “in God” and “with God” all things are Possible. Right?

So our job and high calling is to be “In Christ.” If we should lower that bar, we should begin to venture into the broad road the world wants us to follow, right? But that is not the path of Christ. His path is a high calling. And He doesn’t lower the bar it for anyone, that would be dishonoring to His Father, but He keeps calling us upward in Christ.

The narrow road of salvation leads to Life. The broad road of destruction leads to death.

Our Holy Father who lives in Heaven, and is calling all men to REPENT:  His message is to all who will hear His Voice. He doesn’t command His people to repent so that they can no longer have fun, but so that they can become acceptable to the Holy Family in Heaven, becoming holy beloved citizens of Heaven.

This process begins as soon as one accepts the Blood Bought Sacrifice of Christ, and enters into the Blood Covenant of God.

{See the Blood Covenant (New Wineskins) for more on this subject.}

This Blood Covenant a vital and pivotal piece of the puzzle often missing from the mindset and spiritual life of many nominal believers in Christ. The Blood of Jesus covers every sinner who repents of their sins, and turns their lives over to God, to become obedient servants in the house of God.  Yes. That is Right: Servants in His House. We need to grasp that, It is His House, not our house. It is His Body, not our body. It is His Kingdom that we are invited into, not our kingdom. It is His Government, His Rules, His Laws, His Expectations, and His instructions that we accept when we become Citizens of His Holy Kingdom. We are no longer of this World. Wet no longer are driven by the desires and the lusts of this World. We have no desire to return the vomit we had before He Redeemed us. (We are not like dogs returning to their vomit.) We are holy children of God, ready and prepared to do the Works of God, prepared for us to do.

If we have truly entered into a Blood Covenant, we have become His. We are His possession. He has a right to do with us and ask of us whatever He will. Our Faith and our Lives are fulfilled by walking with Him, and exercising His Authority, His Power, His Wisdom, His Goodness, His Kindness, His Beauty, and putting to death our old selves, our old life, our sins, our bondages, our lies, our addictions, and everything that is offensive and odious to His Heavenly nostrils, and His Holy Courts in Heaven.

Those who claim to have accepted his message, but do not repent and do not become obedient servants of the most High God, are deceived. As a result, if they continue in their sin, and continue to follow after the values and the mindset of their flesh, and of this world. As such, they will never comprehend their Heavenly Training. They will fumble when trying to walk out their high calling. They will forfeit their place in Heaven and their Life to Live obediently and joyfully in His Presence. And they will lose their heavenly inheritance, and their eternal crown, for not doing the Will of God.

Matthew 7:21 (KJV)
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord,
shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;
but he that Doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

By Doing the Will of God, one becomes not only acceptable, but beloved in the Family of God.

By Rejecting the Will of God, one becomes not only unacceptable, but reviled and rejected out of the Kingdom of God.

This is clearly shown in Revelation 2 & 3.

  • In one extreme case Jesus says, he is going to put the people in the church to death, himself.
  • In one case, Jesus says, he will remove their lampstand.
  • In one case, Jesus says that whom he loves, he corrects and rebukes, so repent and receive life, or he will spit them out of his mouth.

(I don’t know about you, but these are three things I don’t want to happen to me.)

So are these heavy messages? You Bet.

Are these messages worthy of our careful investigation? Absolutely! Our Eternal Salvation may hang in the balance.

It it will be exactly according, to the way in which we listen to the message, that will determine our response to the message. That that will determine if we will become obedient to the message or just intellectualize the message and thus in every real sense simple ignore the message. Which will become a tragic mistake, as we shall soon see.

Everything, even Life and Death, hang in the balance according to how we respond to Revelation 2 & 3.

Again that is why I recommend reading: Soldier vs. Civilian, because how we hear, and the reason, and motivation we use to hear makes all the difference.

Disobedience in
the Body of Christ

Are these messages clearly taught, and clearly obeyed, and fully honored in the Church today?

Not so much. I have rarely heard of an entire Body of Christ to repent of their false worship, their pagan church practices, their entrenched “just believe, do nothing faith”, their 501c3 worldly government corporate status, that helps churches make more money for themselves, but bars them from being an authentic Holy Spirit run Church that is first and foremost Obedient to Do the Will of the Father.

Many teachers give a lot of lip service to the Word of God, but few actually fully obey it themselves, or truly call the people to put the Will of God into Full Action. And Few churches are busy mentoring their sheep to become true disciples in the word of Go:  pure followers, powerfully proclaiming the Word of God to the lost.

Beyond that: Many churches are teaching from a corrupted anti-God bible translation.

These are just a few ways the modern church has allowed the world to slip into the pews, and slip into the choir, into the worship, and the board of directors, and slip into the pulpit almost unnoticed. We will look at a few of these issues in a minute.

Is this a big problem? (…you might ask). Hearing but not doing? You Bet it is.

Jesus came to give us a perfect example of what it looked like to be a follower and a worshipper, and what a heavenly witness of the Gospel looked like and how one lived it. He gave us clear commands to follow. He gave us clear instructions that will teach us how to repent, and return to doing the Will of the Father. The question is: Will we listen to and obey them, doing the Will of the Father for the rest of our lives, right up unto the End? That is the Will of the Father.

Matthew 10:22 (KJV)
22 And ye shall be hated of all men for my name’s sake:
but he that endureth to the end shall be saved.

When you read Revelation, ask yourself, which church of the 7 is most like your church?

Which one has the same elements, the same problems, the same spiritual leadership issues?

Then ask the question: Which Church is most like you?

And, what would Jesus say to you personally, as a result of your diligent study of Jesus’ Message to the 7 Churches? It would be a good idea to write that down for yourself, and even share it with a trusted, faithful, obedient disciple of Christ, who is like you, seeking to do the full will of God for his life, just as you are.

Luke 6:39-40 (KJV)
Can the blind lead the blind? shall they not both fall into the ditch?

The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.

May this be our continual prayer and work of Faith: That we become solid and living examples of the Work of Christ.

Hearing vs.
Doing the Word

Is your church known for its “Doing of the Word of God”?

Are you known for being a “Doer of the Word of God”?

This should always be a big Topic in Church and out of Church. This is the true criteria of being a true or false disciple of Christ. Doing the Word of God from the heart is what separated Judas Iscariot from Simon Peter. They both denied Jesus, and in a sense they both betrayed Jesus, but one overcame his sin, the other did not. This is what separated the false prophet bar-Jesus (who was a false teacher and sorcerer on the island of Paphos), from Paul the Apostle (Acts 13:6-7). This is what separated Stephen the first martyr from the Sanhedrin who took Stephen’s life in Acts 7:1-60). Being a doer of the Word, will make all the difference in the life of every believer.

Some people worry about becoming doers of the Word of God, because there are real risks involved. “You will be hated by all men …” And that is true. It is costly to become a doer of the Word.

But guess what Judas found out: It is even more costly not to become a doer of the Word. If Judas would have become a doer of the Word, he would have saved himself, but because he wanted to save himself being only a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he fell into deep deception that led him down the broad road into the depths of hell. Even Jesus said, it would have been better if Judas was never born. That is a horrific judgment. And similar things are said to 5 of the 7 churches.

Now think about that. If the church was departing from the Word of God and the Instructions of Jesus, already in the first century, who actually had living prophets, and evangelists, and pastors, and teachers, and apostles who were alive and knew Jesus in his physical body while He was alive on earth, how much more greatly is it possible that the Churches of Today have been deceived by the deceiver, and robbed by the thief, and are headed for destruction, even as some of the earlier churches were?

If you ask me, I’d say the chances are quite a bit higher, that today’s churches will have strayed away from the pure Word of God, and the required and mandatory works of God, that Jesus clearly addresses and expects to be done, or else judgements eternal and devastating will come upon those who choose not to become doers of the Word of God.

Are You Prepared?

Is your church, and are you personally prepared, for the Great Falling Away?

This is just one more critical reason that we should all be diligently concerned about becoming “doers of the Word, and not hearers only.”

 2 Thessalonians 2:1-4 (KJV)
“Now we beseech you, brethren, by the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, and by our gathering together unto him, That ye be not soon shaken in mind, or be troubled, neither by spirit, nor by word, nor by letter as from us, as that the day of Christ is at hand. Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a [great] falling away first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition; Who opposeth and exalteth himself above all that is called God, or that is worshipped; so that he as God sitteth in the temple of God, shewing himself that he is God.”

If we are not quite yet in this time of the Great Falling Away, we are getting very close. If these things below are not happening right now, I will eat my hat. Thankfully, I won’t have to because yes, indeed these things are happening every day, in greater and greater measure, with deeper and deeper deception, and darker and darker wickedness, foolishness, and outright lies, becoming normalized and accepted, especially the lies and accusation against God, the Church, His Kingdom and His Word.

2 Timothy 3:1-7 (KJV)
“This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away…”

If you have a strong powerful, faithful, and progressively aggressive growing faith to do the Will of the Father, and share His message of Salvation with the lost, and are intimately faithful, and careful to follow the Word of God, and desirous and active in making disciples: Chances are good you do not need to be concerned about not doing the Works Jesus is requiring of his people that claim to be following him, and not intimidated by the peer pressure that will come against you for declaring God’s Rules and Commands to a faithless generation then …

… Chances are good that you are being persecuted, and despised by many around you, that you are being called intolerant, religious, bigoted, homophobic, Islam-aphobic, racist, prejudice, misogynistic, etc.

But sadly, their are relatively few people from my perspective that are growing strong in their faith and practice of it, who are progressively growing bolder everyday in their christian witness, and Sharing the Gospel.

This kind of faithful witness and active serving of Christ are often a rarity in the church today.

Maybe less than 5 percent (that’s 5 out of 100). So 5 percent don’t need to worry, but a possible 95% may need to be concerned and extra careful, because they may be deceived even as Judas was deceived into becoming a hearer only and not a doer of the word.

Judas had his own personal agenda for following the Messiah of Israel, and when things began to be clear that his agenda wasn’t going to make it, he betrayed the One, True, Holy, Perfect, and Righteous agenda that was ever given to man to live by. Rejecting God’s Agenda and replacing it with Judas’ agenda, did not turn out well of Judas. But, let’s be real, that happens on daily basis in our modern world.

Many believers have been taught by example (and sometimes by direct word) that they are not to be concerned about listening to the Voice of the Good Shepherd (or studying the Word of God for themselves). Some have been taught by their leadership that that is the job of the professional Christians. Hearing and Obeying God is the job of the skilled and trained pastors, deacons, elders, Bishops, Cardinals, board of directors, and Denominational Leaders, so they don’t need to worry, nor concern themselves with Hearing Voices, or being obedient to a some mystical mythical being called the Holy Ghost, that no body in the pews really understands or comprehends. That business is only for the professional christians to be concerned with hearing God’s Voice, or following what Jesus is saying to the Church. (This is the Nicolaitan Heresy we will get to later.)

Though many churches may not come out and explicitly say this, that is how they operate their Churches even without saying so, on a day to day basis. But, is this the Model Given to the Church to Follow? (John 10:27)

Author’s Warning: You are about to read a number of negative socially and spiritually impacting situations with that entail some exceptionally negative consequences that are dealt with by Jesus in his Message to the Church in Revelation Chapters 2 & 3. But be not disheartened, there are many incredible promises given to those who have an “ear to hear what the Spirit is saying to the Churches.”

Not hearing what the Spirit is Saying to the Churches is not only dangerous, it puts the believer in a perilous and spiritually vulnerable, and possibly spiritually deadly position—according to Jesus’ very own Word.

Now, If you hang Hang in there, I believe you will discover many powerful, “freedom rewarding” promises from God that will surely be worth the effort to discover them; And worth the effort to overcome the obstacles that would hinder you from receiving them.

What should be
the Ultimate Goal
of Every Believer?

The ultimate goal in Jesus message is repeated 7 times.

So what is the ultimate goal that bears repeating 7 times?

It is this: That the hearer of God would OVERCOME every obstacle that would hinder him from Entering into The Kingdom of Heaven.

This Message was given to Us. To Those who have an ear to Hear. It is for our blessing. Our edification. Our Training. Our Profitable Life in God. Not to hear this message, and not to learn its contents would be a real travesty that would put a believer in a place of vulnerability, and a place of possible harm. Why is that? Because Jesus is devoting this message to his followers who will be under attack. He knows this that is why Jesus is forewarning them. His followers are going to be tempted. They are going to be tested. They are going to be tried. They are going to be refined. And it is possible that in the refining process some or many will not survive the temptations, the testings, the trials that will come upon the people of the earth. As a result, they may genuinely believe that God is hates them. Or that God doesn’t understand them, or care for them, or that it is not worth the effort to stay connected to Him, to listen to and obey Him.

And, yes. This has actually happened, repeatedly over the centuries ever since Jesus was nailed to the Cross. I dare say millions, if not billions of believers who started out on the Road of Salvation, shortly turned their backs on the Savior, and Choose to go a different route. (See the Parable of the Sower, Matthew 13 and Mark 4). Multitudes have fallen away from the Faith once handed down to the Saints: for Many have been called, but few have been chosen.

The first deserter was Judas Iscariot. He sold his own eternal spiritual birthright for 30 stinking pieces of silver. Talk about a deep deception, and those 30 pieces of silver didn’t even benefit Judas one whit. And yes, the same things are happening today. What happened back then, is happening right now, all around you and I. History is continuing to repeat itself over and over again. There have been multitudes who have followed in Judas’ footsteps. Many of them have joined “THE CHURCH” and even have become leaders, pastors, elders, directors in the church with their own agenda to pursue and fulfill. And they are still selling their eternal spiritual birthrights for 30 pieces of silver, (or a book deal with a publisher) and you may even be able to put a name and a face to several such people. I know a large number of people come to mind for me.

That just proves, this Message from Jesus, is as important and vital today, as it ever was. It will identify, and isolate the problems in the church today, just like it did when he first sent his message to the Church. This just proves the efficacy and radical relevance of His Message, that Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever: That we can trust what He has said, and we can avoid many lies from liars, and many thefts from spiritual robbers, and we can avoid the hypocrisy of the impostors, if we will only choose to diligently apply ourselves to learn, understand and obey his Word. Even Today.

I believe, Jesus would have every faithful follower study this message: Who is he who has an ear to hear what He has to say to the Churches? Only the one who is willing to obey the Voice of the Good Shepherd, and Do the WILL OF HIS GOOD FATHER.

The depth and breadth of this message is worthy of our complete devotion to understand and then to comply and apply it to our daily lives and our daily walk with Jesus. If we don’t have that right now. Now is the perfect time to begin that journey with everything we learn from Jesus lips to our own hearts. Jesus is willing to take the time and effort to teach each one of us personally, and directly, even as He has promised us.

John 14:23-26 (KJV)
If a man love me, he will keep my words [“keep” = obey, do, fulfill, exercise, diligently work at, etc.]: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him. 24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me. 25 These things have I spoken unto you, being yet present with you. 26 But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you.

As you can see, Jesus again casts down the false teaching of “just believe, do nothing faith” (also known as, “Easy Believe-ism”).

As we learn in verse 26, Jesus Himself has provided each one of us, with our very own teacher, one who is patient and kind, gentle and longsuffering with us, as we learn to take one step after another, in doing the Will of His Incredible and Holy Father who lives in Heaven. Jesus sends His Messenger, the Holy Spirit (or Holy Ghost) to us from Heaven, and that becomes our eternal connection to Him, His Voice, His Word, His Kingdom, if we choose to obey His Word. Can you see that? If we Keep His Words. That is the condition. Is God’s love conditional? Well only if you choose not to obey and keep his Word. Then it becomes very conditional, and downright, negative, as you shall see in Revelation 2 & 3.

Jesus sends His Message to All who will have ears to learn and obey it. If we are willing and obedient, He can and will provide us with everything we need for Life and Godliness in His Will, His Ways, and His Word:

1 John 2:24-27 (KJV)

24 Let that therefore abide in you, which ye have heard from the beginning. [In other words, do not let the word of man get in between you and the Word of God] If that which ye have heard from the beginning shall remain in you, ye also shall continue in the Son, and in the Father. 25 And this is the promise that he hath promised us, even eternal life.

26 These things have I written unto you concerning them that [are trying to] seduce you. 27 But the anointing [The Holy Spirit of God] which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

That is why it is such a joy to share this message with you. It is for the saving of many souls. The more we reach, the more that can be truly saved, and be delivered out of the hands of liars, robbers, and impostors, that seem to be multiplying like hoards of flies on doggie doo-doo all around us. That ends the introduction to this message. Let us get to the meat of His Word.

No One Need Perish

Jesus does not desire that any man or woman would be lost and perish, and/or rejected from becoming a permanent member of God’s Heavenly Family.

Any thought to the contrary, any word, idea, accusation, confusion, miscommunication comes from the evil one, who is ever happy to pervert the Word and Motives of God. The whole reason Jesus hung on the Cross was to save sinners, such as you and I from our sins, so that we could be cleansed, washed, transformed and made acceptable to our Father in Heaven.

Jesus would have every true and righteous believer know what God expects and requires of everyone of his churches and their followers to do in order to be prepared for His Coming. And yes, this a Core Teaching in the Word of God. It is a continual theme from the very first sermon, to the very last Revelation in the Words of Jesus.

There reason many are not aware of this teaching, is not because Jesus didn’t clearly intend for it to be taught, but because many seminaries, churches, denominations, missions, religious organizations, 501c3 Churches, are not bold, nor honest, nor will to be offensive by Teaching the Core Values of Jesus, that will turn nominal believers away from their churches.

So to put it simple terms, it is all about money. The Worship of Mammon, rather than the Worship of God. Now some churches, and some pastors, are stepping up to the plate and overcoming the obstacles of not being prepared themselves and not preparing their congregations. But there are many hinderances even in those churches that are truly making efforts in the right direction.

And Yes, it is inevitable that some will be prepared, and some will not be prepared. But our attitude is to be that of the Good Shepherd, to even leave the 99 and go after to the one that has gone astray.

But today’s problem is massive in magnitude. Whole Churches, Whole denominations. Whole Countries have turned against the LORD, His Word, His Will, and His Way.

Our whole Education Programming System has kicked God out of the public programming experience. They have kicked God out of the Court Systems, And our of the Political systems, and it is quickly getting worse and more insane, and deep into darkness every day.

The Message in Matthew 25, shows beyond a shadow of a doubt that Jesus wants His people prepared. In three separate but highly connected parables of Jesus, the key players were not prepared for their hour of judgement, they were clearly confused and out of touch with what was going to happen to them. In each story, their were those who were ready for judgment and accepted by God into his Kingdom, and those who were completely unprepared, and rejected by God, and blocked from His Kingdom which means they were instead sent to hell, and later the lake of fire, where there will be weeping and gnashing of teeth, and horrible regret: “Why was I not ready?” for eternity.

The Parable of the Talents, The Parable of the Wise and Foolish Virgins, and the Parable of the Sheep and the Goats each declare some highly specific requirements that need to be met in order to be acceptable to God. So again, Just believe do nothing faith without the works of God and the fruit of God is dead, and will not be accepted on the Day of Judgment, when we will have give an accounting of our lives. Jesus said in John 15, if you have not fruit, your will dry up, be cut off the Vine, and later throw into the Fire.

Not to be prepared for this Day, and not to be clearly shown the criteria of Salvation is simply a criminal act against the people of God. Those who do not know exactly what is expected of them are swimming in dangerous waters where Great White Sharks can strike in an instant without giving any warning. Jesus Himself said his is coming like a thief in the night, so we must be prepared, every moment, how is it going to go with you if the moment Jesus returns you are watching porn in the middle of a climax. Or you are watching a movie full of violence, murder, fast cars, fist fights, sexual immorality (sex outside of marriage, now with homo and lgbtq+ overtones, and lying stealing, drugging, partying, drinking, and most every kind of sin imaginable live in big and in color before you eyes? What are you going to say?

Prepared for What?

Be prepared for what? Indeed. How can we prepare for something, we know not what needs preparing. If we have not known, not studied, nor been told what to prepare for: How in the blazes can we get ready?

Thankfully, we have been told. And we have been told plenty, just not by our modern pastors and teachers who like to tickle our ears and lull us to sleep, and make us feel good while we give them all our tithe money, and our seed faith money, and our gifts and offerings, and meet the many demands made on us from those in the pulpits and in every money motivated ministry on earth.

The message of God is simple, pure, clear, and easy to do.

  1. repent of your sins.
(Break all agreements, ties, habits, behaviors,
social activities, and lifestyles connected to
the world, the flesh and the devil)
  2. put to death your old man of sin (in fact bury him so he can’t rise again)
  3. enter the waters of baptism (symbolizing the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ)
  4. learn everyday about the Word of God (in other words, be raised from the Dead!)
  5. obey everyday what you learn in the Word of God. Fellowship with other who obey the word.
  6. Ask for and follow the leading and guiding of the Holy Spirit (He will help teach you the Word of God).
  7. Keep being transformed into the Image of Christ while doing the Work of Christ, until he comes here, or he takes you there.

You can simply it by saying you must love God with all your heart, soul, mind and strength, and love your neighbor and yourself.

  1. Loving God is learning His Word and Obeying it, becoming Like Him.
  2. Loving your neighbor is sharing Salvation with him, because you can’t love someone and let them go to hell, without trying to reach them.

Not everyone in the Modern Church today is learning and obeying these simple principles. As such they are not preparing their church attendees to do the will of God. As such, many do not know that they are not truly following Christ. As such, their will be a great falling away, when serving Christ is not convenient, fun, entertaining and politically acceptable. Millions are going to fall away, just like Judas did. Many will be attracted to the glittering things this world has to offer, much like Judas was attracted to the 30 pieces of glittering silver in his day. And they will quickly betray Christ, because obeying the Word of God under hardship (persecution, tribulation, threat of torture and horrifically painful death) is not what they signed up for. But guess what that is also a central part of the Gospel. Is it taught in your church?

1 John 2:16-17 (KJV)
16 For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world. 17 And the world passeth away, and the lust thereof: but he that doeth the will of God abideth for ever.

Jesus clearly wants his followers to be diligent doing the Will and Work of the Father, and he is adamant in warning his negligent followers against obeying the temptations of: 1)the world, 2) the flesh, and 3) the devil, as you will shortly see in His Message to the 7 Churches.

Jesus wants His children to be free from the Lies, and the Destruction, and the Judgments that are coming upon all those who chose not to follow Jesus’ Word and the Father’s Will for their lives, but instead choose to follow their flesh into doing things in the Ways of the World, that are not acceptable to God, nor approved, nor allowed in Heaven.

Matthew 7:21 (KJV)

Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;

But he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.

This Teaching of Jesus could not be clearer. Only the one who does the will of the Father in Heaven, shall enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Can you see that? There is no way around it.

Can you see that clearly? There is no getting around this primary requirement. We must be Doing the Will of the Father or Forfeit our place and inheritance in Heaven. Heaven requires us to put our faith into action. Why? Because Faith without Action is Dead Faith.

Therefore according to Jesus, faith without action is no faith at all. James, the half brother of Jesus, who received Jesus as His LORD, after Jesus’ resurrection, makes this concept simple to understand…

Is Faith without Works
Truly dead faith?

James 2:18-24 (KJV)
18 Yea, a man may say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will shew thee my faith by my works. 19 Thou believest that there is one God; thou doest well: the devils also believe, and tremble. 20 But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? 21 Was not Abraham our father justified by works, when he had offered Isaac his son upon the altar? 22 Seest thou how faith wrought with his works, and
by works was faith made perfect? 23 And the scripture was fulfilled which saith, Abraham believed God, and it was imputed unto him for righteousness: and he was called the Friend of God . 24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by [do nothing] faith only.

In other words, how do we know that Abraham had a genuine faith in God? We know Abraham was tested by God, and called to offer his one and only son up as a whole burnt offering to God. We know clearly about Abraham’s Faith by his Actions. Abraham obeyed God. Even when He didn’t understand exactly what God was going to do. Abraham obeyed the voice of God in order to become a partner in the Will of God. He proved his faith by his works (aka his actions). The same way we prove our faith.

What we realize later is that Abraham was called to be involved in one of the Most Holy Acts of God, enacting a Living Testimony, and a Living Whole Dramatic Picture of Heaven’s Work of Redemption. Abraham had a front row seat and a personal Heavenly inspired preview of the Holy Sacrifice of God’s One and Only Own Begotten Son, Whom God would provide for the Sacrifice, who would be offered up as a living sacrifice on the same Mountain of Moriah, the Mountain of Vision, in some nineteen hundred years into the Future. (More on this Vision and Prophecy Here.) Abraham himself received a personal revelation of the Son of God who would come and be sacrificed for the sins of mankind, like no other person before him. As such, God confirmed His Covenant with Abraham, and became a Blood Covenant Partner in the Work of God

In other words, “do nothing faith” is not faith at all, it is false faith. Do nothing faith that teaches you must just believe, nothing else if required: is a clear heresy according to the Word of God. Just believe and you are saved. If that is what you have been taught, it is lacking clearly nine tenths of the Message of the Word of God. Yes, it is true that is you truly believe, you will be saved, if you endure to the End. Over simplifying the Salvation message, makes it an unbiblical message. And through this oversimplification, and through the heresy of “Just believe Faith” preachers have led multitudes into the grave with a false faith, that cannot save those who live by it, even as the Churches of Revelation 2 and 3 are about to learn. Genuine do nothing faith, has never been a biblical teaching. Which one of the apostles lived by a do nothing faith? When did Jesus ever preach a “do nothing Faith” message? And as we shall see from Revelations 2 & 3, God has some very real expectation of his disciples, that need to be done, and many things that need to be corrected in order for the Churches and the Believers in them to Enter into the Kingdom of Heaven.

Just as Jesus had some very real expectations of His disciples while he was training them here on earth. If they chose not to obey his words: They never would have become his disciples. And they never would have continued to grow and mature as his disciples. Every step along the way it took both faith, and obedience, to continue the walk and do the work of Jesus, .

  • Do Nothing Faith, rejects the very requirements of God. It promotes a lie. It promotes sin.
  • Do Nothing Faith, does not crucify the Flesh. It does not kill selfishness, laziness, complacency, worldiness, the worship of Mammon, Hollywood Idolatry, gluttony, sexual perversion, nor resist the party spirit.
  • Do Nothing Faith, opens the door to every demonic lie, temptation, and activity known to man, and that stuff is even being done in the Church, even in the First Century, while the Prophets and Apostles of Jesus day were still alive and kicking it, preaching the Gospel of Obedience to Christ, and to live for none other.
  • Do Nothing Faith, is the same faith that demons have and tremble, but still do nothing acceptable in the will of the Father.

What James is addressing above is the Modern Heresy that a man can 1) just believe and 2) do nothing and 3) still be saved. No, he cannot. He is required to do the Will of the Father in Heaven to become acceptable to enter into Heaven. Even the Thief on the Cross was required to repent of his arrogance, sin, self justification, mockery of Jesus, and humble himself before the King of Heaven, in order to receive the response: Today, thou shalt be with me in Paradise. The other thief could have done the same, but he chose not to. He chose to follow the majority opinion and mock Jesus while he was dying on the Cross for the Sins of both thieves, but only one obeyed and was saved, the other rejected the submission to what he believed was a weak and powerless prophet of God.

Learning & Doing
The Will of the Father

As noted Jesus said:

“Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven;

But [only] he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.”

This teaching is clear. If I choose not to do the Will of the Father in Heaven, I have no right to believe I will be accepted into Heaven’s Home. In fact, if I claim to be a follower of Jesus, and do not do the Will of His Father in Heaven, I am a hypocrite, a liar, a cheat, and yes, a false Prophet, or in other words, a false witness, claiming one thing but doing another.

The Proof that I believe in the Son of God is proven by my life demonstrating that I do the will of my Father in Heaven. If I choose not to do the will of my Father in Heaven, I prove by my actions (and my actions will speak even louder than my words), that I am not acceptable to enter into Heaven.

If I choose not to do the will of my Father in Heaven, I will by default choose to do the will of my father here on earth. The outcome is inevitable and inescapable. Unless I am busy about my Father’s business who is in Heaven, I will be busy about my own business, and my own priorities that come from my selfish carnal, fleshly nature (aka, the Spirit of this Age). I hope this makes sense, if it doesn’t right now, I believe it should make more sense in just a minute.

Now, we must recognize: What is the first step of doing the Will of our Father in Heaven. The first step is to Learn what the Will of our Father is Heaven is all about. That requires me to love God with all my Mind. In this first step I am given a “New Mind” and a “New Heart”. This is necessary, for without them, I could never do the Will of my Father in Heaven. This process of gaining a New Mind. A Transformed Mind. A Mind that is in agreement with the Things of Heaven: is going to happen as I “seek first the Kingdom of God and His Righteousness.” And in that process of seeking, “all things will be added unto me.”

Ezekiel 11:19-20 (KJV)

19 And I will give them one heart, and I will put a new spirit within you; and I will take the stony heart out of their flesh, and will give them an heart of flesh: 20 That they may walk in my statutes, and keep mine ordinances, and do them: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God.

So what will happen if I choose not to “seek first the Kingdom of God, and His Righteousness?” I believe you can clearly answer that question, I will not receive all the things I need to be added unto me. I will not gain a new heart and a new mind that is ready and willing to enter into the labor and work of the Lord of Salvation.

Ezekiel 18:31-32 (KJV) 31
Cast away from you all your transgressions, whereby ye have transgressed; and make you a new heart and a new spirit: for why will ye die, O house of Israel? 32 For I have no pleasure in the death of him that dieth, saith the Lord GOD: wherefore turn yourselves, and live ye.

In order to receive the Gifts of an New Heart and a New Mind, we must do the work of the King. It is in the doing of His Word that we prove ourselves to be His disciples—his disciplined, obedient, faithful, loyal, trustworthy, acceptable and righteous followers, doing the Will of the Father.

Even Ezra, the Prophet and Priest of God and writer of his testimony in the Book of Ezra clearly understood this principle, that it is in the Doing of the Word that confirms our faith and life before God. Ezra could have been a “do nothing believer.” He could have stayed home in is cosy little house, doing religious things but choosing not to obey the call of God on his life, yet, he knew this would never satisfy him or his relationship with God. He needed to study the Will of God in order to Do it, and then He could teach the Will of God to His People. It is the very same for us today. To get and new mind and a new heart, we must engage ourselves in the Study of God’s Word, with the Purpose to Do God’s Will, come Hell, or High Water, and through that process we will be changed and transformed into True and Faithful Servants of the Most High God, even as Ezra was transformed in Doing the Work of God.

Ezra 7:10 (KJV)

10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel [His] statutes and judgments.

How do I obey
the Father’s Will?

The Truth be told, before I can obey God’s Will, I must know and be confident in what God’s Will is? Without that knowledge and without that confidence, how can I ever hope to become a doer of the Will of God? Especially when everyone around me is doing everything they can to avoid knowing, or doing the Will of God?

Did you know that doing the Will of God will put you at risk? You could lose your job. You could lose your income. You could lose your house. You could lose your good reputation among your peers, and in your family, you could be excommunicated. You could become offensive to your Family, odious to your work mates, despised by your neighbors, and even hated by your own children, and your own Church, for doing the Will of God. And guess what, Jesus knows all this, and still commands you to do the will of the Father. (See Matthew 10:34-36)

In fact, Jesus commands you and I to do the Father’s Will irrespective of the losses you will incur. Irrespective of the trials and tribulations you will experience in doing the Will of the Father. And yes. He knows all about the trials, all about the testings, all about the temptations. He experienced them personally, And HE OVERCAME THEM. Just as you will shortly see, that he will Tell the Church to Overcome them, Seven Times.

So, needless to say, you and I will need to be more than just nominally acquainted with the Truth of God, we will need to be bonded and galvanized to the Truth, in order to walk it out in our daily life. Why? Because everything in this world is against you and I doing the will of God, even christians, even pastors, even missionaries, even evangelists are afraid of doing the will of God, and they will even teach others not to do the will of God (this aids to ease their burden of fake faith, and not doing the will of God themselves). Many such “so called” ministers of the Gospel teach it is unnecessary to do the will of the Father:

“All you have to do is ‘just believe.’ You don’t have to “do” anything.”

Imagine that, they call doing the Will of the Father, works righteousness, filthy rags, trying to earn your salvation.

Again, this heresy has filled the modern church, and is making false converts by the millions. But know for certain this is not the Gospel of Christ. This is not the Good News from the Kingdom of Heaven. This is not what Jesus hung and died for on the Cross of Golgotha, “the Place of the Skull.” This is not the faith the apostles died horrifically excruciating deaths to pass on to their future eternal family members. No. The “Just Believe” heresy will not save one single soul from eternal punishment. It will not keep one soul out of hell’s dark dungeons, or out of the final Lake of Fire, which is the second death for all those who choose notto do the Will of the Father who is in heaven. Just read, Matthew 25, the whole chapter, this will fully confirm that this heresy is a lie conceived in the depths of hell to keep men and women from becoming true believers that Do the Will of the Father who is in heaven.

In short, I must learn the Father’s instructions Instructions, so that I can do them. And yes, Studying the Will of God takes diligent time and effort. So I will have to set aside specific amounts of time and pay diligent effort and attention to everything I learn in order to do the Will of my Father in Heaven.

Let’s review:

Step One: I must Learn the Will of God.

Step Two: I must Do the Will of God, that I have learned.

Step Three: I must Continue Learning and Doing the Will of God until Jesus Comes, or He takes me Home.

I dare say following this 3 step process is simpler and more valuable and possibly more spiritually challenging than obtaining a doctorate in Theology (that I dare say doesn’t teach the theology student to “DO THE WILL OF THE FATHER”). Becoming a Doctor of Theology, I dare say is often a way for professionals to side step “Doing the Will of the Father.”

Many professional religious people are actually trained how “not to do the will of the Father,” as a core teaching in their theological training. And they are also taught how to teach their congregations “how to not do the Will of the Father” … but we will have to leave that for a later discussion. All I can say here is, you can tell a tree by its fruit.

That only makes sense, right? How can I do something that I don’t know about. And how can I know about something well unless I learn it diligently? And how can I be confident when I come under attack that I am doing the right thing, when everyone else tells me I’m doing something wrong. It takes great faith to go against the crowd, to stand up against the majority. It takes great faith to obey the will of the father when even your own friends and family stand up against you and tell you you are foolish. Jesus never told his disciples that it would be easy to follow him. He just told him that it would be worth it. That was good enough for Peter, James and John, and it is good enough for me. And I hope that you will learn it is good enough for you as well.

Becoming a Disciplined
Follower of Christ

Are you a disciplined believer? Are you a disciple of Christ, a follower of Jesus, one who is called to be a “born again” life long lover of God?

If you are not now, you can be. Your first step is to learn the Will of God for your entire Life. Your next step is to begin doing the Will of God, more and more in an ever increasing and growing manner, until you become just like Jesus here on the earth. He is our model and living example of the Will of God.

Becoming a disciple of His, is to become like Him. And only He can teach you intimately how to do that, but that will never happen unless you apply yourself to diligently learn His Will, His Word and His Ways.

“Where can I learn the Will of God?” If you have a Bible, that is a good place to start. It is the Will of God in written form.

While learning the Will of God, you will eventually (if you don’t give up) come to understand The Gospel of Jesus Christ:

You will come to know that:

    1. You are a sinner.[Many are deceived on this point. Many believe they are basically “good people”, but for anyone with basic common sense, this is easy to prove, that “all have sinned and fall short of the Glory of God” (Romans 3:23).[Check out this out, if you doubt: here.] If you have not sinned you would be having unbroken fellowship with God right now. The Greatest and Highest reward in Life is that you can have intimate and unbroken Fellowship with God. That you can Know HIM. Love Him. Do His Will. And Be His Friend. But since you have broken God’s Law, You have broken your Holy Fellowship with the God of Heaven, and the perfect Law of God’s Eternal Righteousness is against you, even if you don’t realize it at this moment.]
    2. You deserve to receive the reward of your deeds, just like everyone else.[God is no respecter of persons. God will render to every man according to his deeds.]
    3. Your deeds against God’s Holy and Perfect Kingdom have created a debt that needs to be settled:[“The wages of sin is death …” Romans 6:23]
      1. Your debt of sin has caused you to be separated from having the Life God intended you to have in unbroken fellowship with God, for our thrice Holy God cannot abide in the presence of sin.
      2. Your debt of sin can be settled by paying the debt yourself.
      3. Or Your debt of sin can be settled by someone else paying the debt for you.
      4. But who is qualified to pay your debt of sin for you? Only someone who has never sinned and never incurred a debt of sin for his own life. For if someone incurred a debt of sin for himself, he would be unable to pay a debt of sin for you. Only a sinless man who has never broken fellowship with God is qualified to pay your debt of sin. But since the creation of the world every man born of the seed of Adam is born with a sin nature through the seed (spiritual DNA) of Adam. It would require someone who was not infected with Adam’s Sinful DNA who could be able to pay your debt of sin. Know anyone like that?

The Two Kinds of Death
(The First and the Second)

That Begs the Question: How can I pay my own debt for my sin? Answer: Only one way, you must die, and die twice.

The first death, physical death is not the real problem. For those who know not God, the first death is a fearful, dreadful thing. But for those who know God, and have prepared themselves to enter into His Holy Presence, physical death is not at all something to fear. It is an integral part of our graduation from this Life of Death and Disease to God’s Life of Eternal Joy and Grace and Peace. The first death is simply a transition, from a short, limited, temporary life, to an infinite, permanent, eternal one. This transition can be seen and understood through the life of the caterpillar becoming a Monarch Butterfly.

(Can you imagine how a magnificent monarch butterfly decided to be transformed accident from and lowly worm? Can can you imagine which one decided to be transformed first, the male worm or the female worm? And yet it all happened by accident or so the scientist believes it so, without proof, without evidence, without any scientific backing, such is the faithfulness religion of modern scientists, that know not God? Such are the mindless and irrational thoughts of men like Darwin and all who fall after him, trying desperately to dethrone the king of heaven and put man’s ways, will, and words in the place of God’s.)

Everyone born of Adam, is going to die, but that is not the end. Some may die sooner, some may die later, but all die physically.

This fact should be quickly evident to all. We don’t have a choice in the matter of our physical death, but we do have major choice to make about our Spiritual Life, about what happens immediately after our physical death. In fact, everything in the next life depends upon what we believe about this very soon coming time of transition.

Where we are going to choose to spend eternity? We have a choice to make. Do the will of the Father, and be invited into Heaven:

WELL DONE, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.” (From Matthew 25)

WELL DONE … refers to the fact that that man did something well. He worked at something diligently. Being Faithful is doing something, it is putting Faith into Action. It is proving one’s faith by one’s works.

Can you clearly see the invitation of the Master is based on the work done by the servant? And not by a “do nothing faith”? The man, the follower of Christ, the faithful servant was obedient and faithful over a few things. That was his righteousness, that was acceptable to the Lord.

Now let’s look at, the just believe “do nothing believer” who did not serve the Lord in faithfulness, and see what his reward will be?

Matthew 25:26-30 (KJV) His lord answered and said unto him, Thou wicked and slothful servant, thou knewest that I reap where I sowed not, and gather where I have not strawed: 27 Thou oughtest therefore to have put my money to the exchangers, and then at my coming I should have received mine own with usury [interest]. 28 Take therefore the talent from him, and give it unto him which hath ten talents. 29 For unto every one that hath shall be given, and he shall have abundance: but from him that hath not shall be taken away even that which he hath. 30 And cast ye the unprofitable servant into outer darkness: there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth.

Yikes! You caught that right?!! The man’s belief in God was not put into action to serve God, he was wicked and slothful, and without works. He did nothing. As such he was rejected. But I was told by my preacher, “God’s Love in unconditional.” “I am loved not because of what I do, but for who I am?” Yep. But God came to “change the person you am” and the person “I am”. That world unconditional, and that God loves me unconditionally, is not in the Bible. It is a modern aberration of the Scriptures. It doesn’t exist. God didn’t love the foolish virgins, unconditionally, nor the goats unconditionally, nor the church of Sardis, nor the Church of Laodicea unconditionally. They were all judged by their works, and the things they said, and did, as well as the things they did say and didn’t do.

When we choose not to do the Will of the Father, we simultaneously choose to die spiritually, and what will be our eternal reward? We will be separated from God for Eternity. That is not advisable. Our choice to receive Eternal Life or Reject it should be the highest priority choice we can make in this life, to be saved from the second death.

If this is not a hire priority in every family and in every individual there is a deep deception happening the is distracting them from the most important truth they can know.

Hebrews 9:27-28 (KJV)

27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:

28 So Christ was once offered to bear the sins of many;

and unto them that look for him

shall he appear the second time without sin unto salvation.

The second death, spiritual death is a real problem. Some people try to deal with this problem by ignoring it, or by minimizing it, or simply believing the problem doesn’t exist. But this is not advisable. Like every other problem you try to ignore, minimize, or deny — it only gets worse and worse. The more you deny it, the worse it gets. Your spiritual death should you choose to go this route is the permanent separation of yourself and your eternal soul from God, for eternity.

Revelation 2:11 (KJV)

11 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches; He that overcometh shall not be hurt of the second death.

The second death Jesus is describing is something that it seems the majority population of the world is not considering, nor factoring into there future plans and the ultimate purpose of their life. But it is a core value in and the most critical point that needs our thorough investigation, and we should give it due and careful consideration if we care at all about our eternal existence.

Revelation 20:6 (KJV)
6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power…

The First resurrection is a big topic, a little too big to discuss at this point, but definitely something worthy of your careful investigation.

Revelation 20:14-15 (KJV)
14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. 15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

Above is the pure and simple truth regarding the second death: In simple language, there are two places provided for men and women and angels to spend eternity. One of those places is in the presence of God for all the eternity, that is the first place. But due to sin, there is another place created.

This second place is a space created apart from God far from the presence of God for all eternity. This space and place is called the second death and the lake of fire. What needs to be noted here is that Jesus talked more about hell and the lake of fire, than any other teacher or prophet in the word of God. Not because he wants to focus in on negativity, but because he wants to make sure that he has done everything he can on his part for those who will listen to him, to warn them, and to keep them out of this permanent place of death for all of eternity. This is a place of continual torment and the infinite gnashing of teeth and the suffering of soul in the lake of fire for all of eternity. It is almost too painful to even think about, not to mention end up going to. Nothing could be more horrific. Nothing could be more important to avoid, yet multitudes due to their own stubborn deception, continue to choose the Lake of Fire over the Presence of God every day of their lives.

Revelation 21:7-8 (KJV)
He that overcometh shall inherit all things; and I will be his God, and he shall be my son. 8 But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone:
which is the second death.

The Deceiver is Working Overtime
to lead people to Destruction

Matthew 7:13 (KJV)
Wide is the gate, and broad is the way,
that leadeth to destruction,
and many there be which go in thereat:

Make a Note: The Same God who put all the stars, planets, and galaxies in their orbits and calls them all by name (Psalms 147:4): He is the same God who wants to put your Name in THE BOOK OF LIFE, but He is waiting for your decision; He is the same God who created and wrote your individual DNA that determined the color of your eyes; He is the same God that knows the number of hairs upon your head (Matthew 10:30); He is the same God that gives life to everyone of your living cells that contain 3.5 billion pairs of DNA coding if unraveled would be 2 meters long in virtually every cell of your body.

(Now convince that all happened by accident. I sincerely don’t think so. Yet, instead of Giving God His Rightful Glory, men worship Darwin, and fake science, also called witchcraft in the Word of God, due to the deep deception and darkness abiding in their souls).

Only those who have eyes to see and ears to hear will ever understand: “In Him is Life and that Life is the Light of men.” (John 1:4; John 5:40; John 20:31.)

In other words , when you are separated from God’s Light, God’s Love, God’s Favor, God’s Goodness, God’s Graciousness, God’s Forgiveness, God’s Kindness, God’s Provision, God’s Protection, God’s Infinite Creativity, God’s Eternal Joy, and the greatest reward anyone could ever receive: Intimacy with God; you will become a product of what you believe, and sadly suffer greatly for it. A man can only choose to serve one of two different masters:

Luke 16:13-14 (KJV)
13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and Mammon.

The problem we have is clear, and Jesus came to resolve the problem, but he cannot do it alone, he can not force you to go against your own will. You must decide if serving God is the right thing to do, but until you do, you will be separated from God due to your own desire to stay deceived, and that can be a permanent condition. Even thus far, many will have rejected this simple message being shared right here. They will criticize the one presenting this message. They will doubt the authenticity of the message. They will doubt the historicity of the message. They will doubt the scientific proof of the message, and the list of excuses will go on and on into eternity, but the results will not be changed due to unbelief—which is the first and foremost sin in the Word of God that opens the door for every other sin to be done. In simpler terms: Our excuses are not worthy of the dust on the floor of God’s Throne.

Isaiah 59:2 (KJV)

But your iniquities [sins] have separated between you and your God,

and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

According to the Law of God, once you break God’s Law, you by your nature choose to separate yourself from God. Once you choose to go your own way, you reject the Way of God.

Since God is the Author of Life, and only “in Him” is their Eternal Life that will never fade or end, once you choose to go your own way, and you divorce yourself from His Life, then you enter into the place of Death, and your life becomes very limited and temporary and your nature changes to become an enemy of the God of Heaven and an enemy of His Ways.

This is proven every day through the thoughts, beliefs, attitudes, actions, and addictions of those who do not believe in God, who do not walk in God’s Ways, and who have no fear of God in their hearts. This is what caused World War One, and World War Two, the Civil War, Slavery, Genocide, the Holocaust, the Inquisition, the Crusades, and every religious War (not God). This evil includes: Infanticide, Sex Trafficking, 70 million Abortions, Immoral Prurient Partying, every form of witchcraft, sorcery, and demonic beliefs, and every act of war, every murder, rape, theft, lust, every lie, every act of adultery, fornication, and sexual immoral act, including homosexuality, pedophilia, sado masochism, beastiality, every act of dishonesty, duplicity, delusion, and rebellion, and every simple act of disobedience to parents. Sin is behind every false philosophy, and every false religion that tries to cover up our sin, and make it acceptable to ourselves (like trying to polish a turd), white washing it is an ethically immoral act, like theft, and every form of wickedness on the Earth throughout history. Hiding sin creates false witnesses who teach lies and will receive the due punishments for their errors.

Have you ever been a false Witness
concerning the Kingdom God?

I have. Multiple times. Both pre-Christian and post-Christian. Have I repented of my false witness? That is the important question to answer. If there is not repentance, judgment is what is waiting for me. I pray that I walk in total ongoing repentance everyday. Every day I see more things that deserve my attention and repentance. Whenever my attitude needs correcting, I need to repent and examine my heart. This is an ongoing process. But this does not mean that I have an open ticket to go and sin against the Will of God everyday. I don’t. If I do believe that and do that I jeopardize not only myself, but my family, my church, my every relationship in Christ and outside of Christ. So to answer the question above. Yes. I have been a false witness, not only by my false doctrine, and my false teaching that I learned from other false teachers, but by my false actions, and my false attitudes. And Yes. I have a choice to make. To Repent or not to repent. That is the question. And repent immediately when I see what I am doing that which is wrong.

That is the way of Faith. True Repentance restores relationship with God. It breaks the chain of addiction, of lies, and of deception. It is a powerful step in the right direction. Repentance is the way to Life. It is not just a one time event. It is surely an only going progressive and maturing process. In fact, the closer you get to God, the more you will begin to see that you need to repent of …

Repentance is how you destroy the devil’s works in your own life. It is how you uncover the darkness that was sown into your life, even as a little child. It is how you break every yoke of darkness and evil, of addiction and rebellion. It is your only hope of redemption in this life, and in the life to come.

  • To the sinner the word “Repent” is an evil six letter word. It may be the most odious and offensive word in his vocabulary.
  • To the saint the word “Repent” is one of the most glorious, and virtuous, valuable and desirable words in the English Language.

You will notice in Revelation 2 & 3, the command to Repent is given 7 times, to five different churches. Only 2 of the seven churches needed no repentance. This is saying something big, both about the glory in the churches that needed not to repent, and also about the degradations of the 5 churches that needed to repent.

How many churches today if they assessed themselves according to the Words given by Jesus to the Churches in Revelations would also need to repent? How many would need no repentance? That would really say something, wouldn’t it?

If the 5 disobedient churches in Revelation would chose not to repent, what would happen to them?

Care to look and see?

  1. Repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent. (Ephesus)
  2. Repent; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will fight against them with the sword of my mouth. (Pergamos)
  3. Behold, I will cast her into a bed, and them that commit adultery with her into great tribulation, except they repent of their deeds. And I will kill her children with death; and all the churches shall know that I am he which searcheth the reins and hearts: and I will give unto every one of you according to your works. (Thyatira)
  4. Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. (Sardis) (Like the message to the five foolish virgins.)
  5. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue [spit] thee out of my mouth… Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: 18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent. (Laodicea)

It is comforting to know that Jesus Loves those He Rebukes and calls into Repentance. The devil would have you think otherwise. It is actually and honor and a faithful duty to repent when being corrected by Jesus. May we all see this and receive this as it was meant to seen and received.

Who is authorized to grant
repentance to sinners?

This brings us back to your debt problem. You debt deserves death, and not just any death, but eternal death, such is the just punishment for the sinner who has broken fellowship with God, and joined fellowship with Satan. Satan is a ruler who plays by the rules. Not God’s Intended Rules, but God has allowed Satan to be here to tempt sinners to turn away from God.

What a horrible thing you say? Yes. From man’s perspective, who choose not God. But everything about Faith in Christ is about a refining process, a growing process, and allegiance process, a loyal relationship that is being built in a bond of growing and endearing Love between the believer and the LORD. God knew men and women and children would rebell against Him. He knew that before He created them. How do I know that? From this Verse:

Ephesians 1:3-4 (KJV)
3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ: 4 According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:

This also Begs the Question: Who will be willing, and who will be able to Pay your Debt?

[Once you legally and morally realize that you have such a debt to be paid.] And how could He pay your debt? And Why would He choose to pay your debt? And When did He choose to pay your debt? And what are the results of Him paying your Debt? All these questions are fully answered in the Message of the Gospel of God.

If you choose to allow someone else to pay your debt, you are obligated to that person who has paid your debt, not to continue in the sin that caused your debt in the first place. That only makes sense, right? That would just be simple common courtesy. And that would be righteousness.

Here are two things you don’t want to become:

A dog returning to its vomit.

A pig returning to its filth after being washed.

Proverbs 26:11 (KJV)

11 As a dog returneth to his vomit,

so a fool returneth to his folly.

2 Peter 2:21-22 (KJV)
21 For it had been better for them not to have known the way of righteousness, than, after they have known it, to turn from the holy commandment delivered unto them. 22 But it is happened unto them according to the true proverb, The dog is turned to his own vomit again; and the sow that was washed to her wallowing in the mire.

To put it this way, Jesus Christ died for your sins that separated you from God, and the purpose for his death was to restore you in your relationship to God, in order that you can from now on become a citizen of heaven, and a child of the light, and a holy one of God. But if you choose to return to you sin, and to continue in your sin that originally separated you from God, you would need to crucify the Lord Jesus Christ all over again. And that would not be acceptable to the king of heaven. What you have just done is to disqualify yourself from becoming a citizen of heaven, making yourself a “persona non grata” in the eyes of all people in the Kingdom of God. And the wrath of God shall abide upon you.

Hebrews 6:4-8 (KJV)
4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. 7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: 8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned.

Why? Why should the thorns and briers be burned? Why indeed? Because the land watered by God should produce the Fruit of God. That is the purpose of God watering the Land. But when the Land (the human rebellion) resists the working of God and only produces dreadful weeds, and gnarly thorn bushes, that land will be burned with fire, and all the noxious weeds will be burned up. (For further clarification on this point, see the parable of the wheat and the tares in Matthew 13)

When a man has rejected God in the first place, he puts himself in the position of eternal punishment. If that man receives the heavenly gift of Forgiveness through the One and Only Perfect Blood Sacrifice of the Lamb of God, and the man becomes saved from his unrighteous life which was the reason for his spiritual death in the first place, but then later, the man decides to return to his old ways of sin, and he decides to visit his old hunting grounds of iniquity, his old manner of death, the sacrifice that was paid for him, will not be paid again.

That man has counted himself unworthy of the sacrifice, ungrateful for the debt paid for him, and as such, he will be rejected. Even if the man tries to enter into the Wedding Feast of the LORD of Heaven, he will be quickly spotted. The man’s garments will give him away. They will be dirty, stained with his sin, defiled and unclean in the place of Holy Perfection. And the man and his unclean garments will be thrown out of the House of God, and never be able to enter ever again.

Matthew 22:11-14 (KJV) 11 And when the king came in to see the guests, he saw there a man which had not on a wedding garment: 12 And he saith unto him, Friend, how camest thou in hither not having a wedding garment? And he was speechless. 13 Then said the king to the servants, Bind him hand and foot, and take him away, and cast him into outer darkness; there shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth. 14 For many are called, but few are chosen.

Why can I not pay for my own sins?

The Truth be told, I am worthy and deserving to be punished for my sins (eternal death), which will incur the wrath of God. If I continue in my sin, after my debt has been paid, and after I have received forgiveness for my sin, that is a real problem. It proves I have no gratitude, and no respect, and no dignity, or loyalty to the One who paid my debt in the first place, and now I want him to pay it again … and again, and again, and again, every time I sin? After having been forgiven for my sin? What kind of man would that make me?

Yet I dare say, many, many, even inside the four walls of the church live as enemies of the cross, because they have yet to contemplate and apply The Message of the Messiah to the 7 Churches to their own lives. This is something we must not do. We must not neglect and reject the Word of God and replace it with the Word of Man. I dare say, there is not one person in heaven who practiced “just believe” and “do nothing christianity” but I think it is safe to say, this kind of church-ianity fills the pews, and it fills the pulpits, and it fills the theology of many prominent church denominations, and many theological seminaries, and it has infected the church for more than 500 years.

This is a real problem: Hebrews 10:

Hebrews 10:26-31 (KJV) 26 For if we sin wilfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27 But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries [of God]. 28 He that despised Moses’ law died without mercy under two or three witnesses: 29 Of how much sorer punishment, suppose ye, shall he be thought worthy, who hath trodden under foot the Son of God, and hath counted the blood of the covenant, wherewith he was sanctified, an unholy thing, and hath done despite unto the Spirit of grace? 30 For we know him that hath said, Vengeance belongeth unto me, I will recompense, saith the Lord. And again, The Lord shall judge his people. 31 It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.

What Jesus purchased for us upon the cross of Calvary is a new life, a new beginning, a new way of living, thinking, speaking, and “doing” that is continuously pleasing to “Our Father in Heaven.” That is why he taught his disciples to pray in this way: “Our Father who art in heaven hallowed be thy name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven…” Then he gave his disciples the power to go out and do the will of God. To all who would love Jesus and obey the Father’s will, they would receive the Holy Spirit of God to be their counselor, their guide, their strength, their inspiration, and their protection.

Within the gospel there is an exchange of life for death, and death for life. Your life was purchased by His Death. And His Death has called you into His Life, so that you are no longer the same person you used to be. You are no longer your own, in the New Covenant you are His. You are no longer a citizen of this world, you have become a citizen of heaven. You no longer pursue and need and want the desires of this world, you have a higher calling a HIGHER LIFE that is living inside of you. The proof of that Life the is Work of Faith and Righteousness that you will perform that agree with the Works of the Salvation of Heaven. The olde person that you used to be, that was a slave to this world, is dead. The new person that you have become is no longer a slave to sin and death, but is now a servant of Righteousness and Life. And you are now alive by the Power of God. And you have been given this new life to Glorify God in your Body.

If you agree to the terms of this New Covenant, you will live by the terms of the covenant. If you choose not to live by the terms of the covenant, then the covenant will be of no benefit to you, because you will have broken the covenant. That is why Jesus said: Not doing the Will of the Father is not an option for those who will be invited into the Father’s Eternal Family to be permanent members of his HEAVENLY HOUSEHOLD.

Three Problems
Every Church must Overcome

Here lies a Big Problem: Many people believe they are doing the Will of the Father, when they clearly are not doing the Will of the Father. That is exactly what Jesus is addressing in His teaching to those who are at risk of being rejected by God on the Day of Judgment.

It is not Jesus’ Will that anyone be ignorant of the requirements of Heaven, yet many remain clearly ignorant, due to not listening to or obeying His Word. How can you tell if a person is clearly not doing the Will of the Father? That is easy, because they are not bearing forth the Fruit of obeying God.

You can tell a tree by its fruit. A good tree produces good fruit. A bad tree produces bad fruit. You will know the person by his fruit.

Problem One: The Largest Mega Churches in America with the Greatest Followings both in church and online, do not teach their congregation the terms of the New Covenant of God, and they do not teach their followers to become followers of Jesus, but instead they teach them to become followers of men, disciples of man made ideas, that ignore, neglect, and only promise the blessings of becoming servants and witnesses of God without teaching the requirements of becoming a true servant and a true witness of God. These churches are run by Charlatans who are not doing the Will of God, not exampling the Will of God, and not teaching, or even believing in even the basics of the Will of God.

This is so critical to understand, but it is not being taught in many of our modern churches, and it is clearly not being exampled through the lives of those who attend our modern churches, how can we tell, we can clearly see by the fruit that is being produced.

Problem Two: Typically these churches and ministries that name the Name of Christ, are 501c3 Corporations that offer you tax deductions on every donation you give. But to do so that makes them obedient to the State, and dependent on the Government to do and say what the Government wants them to do and say. They are not free to speak the mind of Christ. They are first subject to the State. Just like the 3 Self Church in China. This tells you immediately that such a church is not run by the Holy Spirit of God, and is not obedient to the Head of the Church which is Christ. Do you know if you attend a 501c3 government run Church? Some churches like to hide the fact that they are in covenant with the devil, but some are proud of the fact.

This immediately puts them into the category of being an impostor Church. The chain of command begins with being obedient to the Government, then the Board of Directors in the Corporation (who humanly decide what is best for the church), then the denominational leaders, and the governments they have created, then the seminaries that have trained the pastors, then the many and varied self centered and self focused leaders in the church, the choir, the Sunday school systems, and the many programs run by the church. And none of them are strictly and wholly obedient to Christ, and the Holy Spirit, because the whole structure and organization of the 501c3 church is against putting Christ First.

Problem Three: Today, many modern churches do not even teach from or preach from the Word of God. They do not even read from the Word of God. They are reading and teaching from a corrupted, compromised, butchered text that cannot be the Word of God, that, in fact, it clearly goes against the Word of God. How is that you might ask? Around the time Darwin was writing the Theory of Evolution, two other brilliant occult leaders (Westcott and Hort), who had a career as infidel Biblical Scholars were busy writing a New Bible Manuscript that was being patched together from 5 other manuscripts (all of which were in direct disagreement with one another.)

These new and corrupted Greek Gnostic Texts subtly and sometimes outrightly attack and diminish 1) the deity of Christ (imagine that1), 2)the virgin birth, 3) the blood, 4) the wickedness of sin. 5) the authority of the Word of God.

They cast doubt on many sound and secure doctrines of the True Word of God. This new text arbitrarily deletes words, sentences and whole passages in the Bible that are in agreement with 5,000 other ancient manuscripts. Instead, they replace the solid reliable manuscripts with two corrupted primary ancient Greek Manuscripts that are not in agreement with the other 5,000, nor are they in agreement with one another. And yet, the majority (almost all) modern translations of the Bible (NIV, NASB, NKJV, NRSV, NAB, REB, RSV, CEV, TEV, GNB, LIVING, PHILLIPS, NEW JERUSALEM, NEW CENTURY, and the New Word Translation) are based on these corrupted texts.

Personally, I was shocked when I began to study this Third Problem in the Church. I used to read from the NIV. It seemed easier to read. But one thing I constantly noticed, those who teach and preach from the NIV Bible to me have a much weaker message, than others who Teach and Preach from the Authorized Bible (KJV).

Here is something you may not know about your modern Bible translations:

“Westcott and Hort were the original textual critics of their day. Though they no longer live, their legacy lives on in the form of a corrupted Greek text. The influence of their methods blackens and corrupts every modern translation of the Bible available (NIV, NASB, NKJV, NRSV, NAB, REB, RSV, CEV, TEV, GNB, LIVING, PHILLIPS, NEW JERUSALEM, NEW CENTURY, and the New Word Translation). Readers of these new Bibles are quite unaware that they are reading the translation of a corrupt text. Without thinking or looking deeper into the matter, they blindly assume that every Bible is the same. They assume some are just more easy to read than others. But we must remember that Bibles are translated by men, and thus corruption is possible. Westcott and Hort did what was unthinkable…they picked through five Greek texts which did not agree with each other, and came up with a new revised Greek version of the Bible. All modern Bibles of the day have therefore not been translated from the 5000+ Majority text, but from the 5 disagreeing witnesses. Which Bible do you think is more reliable? Isn’t it better to trust that God preserved His Word in the 5000+ witnesses rather than the five witnesses who do not agree with each other? The KJV is a straight translation from the Majority text. The NIV (and others) is taken from the five Minority texts, which do not agree.” [Source: Modern Bible Versions, and Westcott and Hort, October 4, 2009, https://www.apostolic.edu/modern-bible-versions-and-westcott-and-hort/]

I later learned the main reason and motivation for the many new Bible Translations: Greed. These new translations never intended to give us a better Bible. The reason for new translations is profit motivated. Millions of Bible’s are sold yearly. It is by far the number one best selling book in history. Bible sales is a cash cow to Publishing Houses. The NIV is produced by Zondervan. Zondervan is owned by the Parent company, HarperCollins. HarperCollins is the same company that publishes The Satanic Bible, and many books on Witchcraft, the occult, and many other religions.

So No, the Goal here is not to produce a better Bible, but to make money, and serve Mammon. In fact, the goal here is the opposite, to water down the Word of God, to delete words, sentences and whole passages from the Word of God, and to cast doubt on the whole Word of God.

Westcott and Hort, are well known infidels, who don’t even believe in the authority of scripture, nor the authenticity of the Word of God. They are pagan idol worshipping occultists, who were prominent in starting more than one occult centered groups. There attack on the Bible is clearly a core part of who they are as men against God.

This is nothing new, the devil through the agency of men has been attacking the Word of God ever since Genesis 3, when the serpent began casting doubt, subverting, and lying about the Word of God. Yet “Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” (Luke 4:4)

Now guess what parts of the Word of God modern translations omit and delete? See for yourself:

Luke 4:4 (NIV) 4 Jesus answered, “It is written: ‘Man shall not live on bread alone.’”

Modern translations (like the NIV) delete the Word of God that says, “… but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.” Isn’t that convenient?

Can you imagine the sheer audacity and arrogance for a Bible Scholar to literally delete whole sentences and passages from the Word of God? But that is exactly what all modern Bible translations do.

Deuteronomy 4:2 (KJV) 2 Ye shall not add unto the word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you.

Revelation 22:18-19 (KJV)
18 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book, If any man shall add unto these things, God shall add unto him the plagues that are written in this book: 19 And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book.

Surely they know that the Word of God itself puts a curse on anyone who would delete anything from the Word of God, or add anything to the Word of God, but apparently, they do not believe, nor care, nor fear the warnings of God. Which is perfectly astonishing to me, but that just quickly proves the point that a man who has rejected the Cross of Christin his life, is no where near the place of God, nor the truth of God in his life.

Judgement Starts
in the House of God

These three problems and more are addressed by our Messiah in His Message to the 7 Churches in Revelation.

Revelation 2 & 3 is no small, obscure, or aberrant teaching. This is the very heart and core of the Word of God to the Child of God. If the child of God gets this core understanding wrong, and is not trained, and equipped to do the Will of the Father in Heaven as a result, his chances of being deceived and/or corrupted increase ten fold.

Jesus is doing his best to warn his followers that Satan is working overtime to rob every believer of their crown that is reserved for every true follower of Christ in Heaven. Jesus is calling His people to repent in order to prepare themselves to be ready for the judgment to come. He doesn’t want one soul to be deceived and miss out on God’s Heavenly rewards that will be poured out on his faithful followers. As such, Jesus is warning every believer to repent of the works of the flesh, and engage in the works of salvation, as he himself did while he was on earth discipling those who would follow him to heaven.

1 Peter 4:17 (KJV)
“For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God:
and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?”

This begs the question: What is the purpose and design of judgment? The purpose of God judging his people, is not to make his people feel bad. The purpose of God’s judgment is to bring correction. The purpose of bringing correction is to put right those things that are being done that are wrong. The reason to bring correction is because doing wrong things causes people to fall away from God, or in fact run away from God.

This also begs the question: What is judgement? Answering that question can be a little bit confusing, because there are actually two different kinds of judgment. There is corrective judgment. And there is punitive judgment.

The only person in the World who sees clearly what is happening all around Him is God. He sees everything that is being done, all the time by every person. He knows exactly when people are doing things right, and when they are doing things wrong. There is a short window of time for which He can attempt to bring corrective judgment to the lives of those who are doing wrong, but once that window of opportunity is closed, permanent punitive judgement will result.

God brings correction to his people to restore a relationship that was broken from the beginning in Chapter 3 of Genesis.

God created a covenant between himself and his people. The terms of the covenant are clearly laid out. They include blessings for obedience, and curses for disobedience. When the people of God listen to, obey, and joyfully follow the terms of the covenant of God, they are richly blessed, supernaturally protected, and abundantly provided for. When the people of God choose to stop listening to and stop following the terms of the covenant of God, they are no longer blessed, protected and provided for, they are in fact cursed, and attacked, and suffer great losses at the hands of their enemies. As a result, the people of God will actually become servants and slaves to their enemies. This has happened throughout history, and it is core and center to the covenant of God.

The people of God, the Israelite kingdom, was called to be a light and I witness to the world, and be an example of what it was like to be blessed by God, living in a covenant relationship with God. They were called to be a Kingdom of Priests and Kings that brought the Light of God’s Covenant to all those who Lived around them. And for certain seasons of obedience by the people of God, this was surely the case. The people of Israel were blessed and supernaturally protected, and cared for by God, even as their history demonstrates. Whenever they chose to do wrong in the sight of God, to reject God’s Word, and reject God’s Commandments and go and serve the idols of men, they lost their heavenly protection, provision, and prosperity, and they became cursed. Then they became an example of what it looks like to be under the judgement of God. Both examples are vitally important to see, and understand for every believer in Christ.

The purpose of the covenant us to teach how God desires his people to live before him, in a way that is acceptable to him, and is acceptable to all people in his kingdom.

Evil, sin, selfishness, and unrighteousness cannot abide in the presence of God. If a person wants to abide in unrighteousness, he will buy nature forfeit his Invitation and his opportunity or rather window of opportunity to come into the kingdom of God. He will literally blot out his own name from God’s Book, the Book of Life. Every person who has not their name written that Book will be barred from the Gates of Heaven for all eternity. This is the clear and inescapable Testimony of God.

Mark this down: God will never divorce himself from his righteousness, his truth, his justice, his holiness, his purity, or his nature. God will never lower the bar, nor lessen the standard of his eternal perfection. That means we are called to come into his perfect world: Jesus Himself said:

Matthew 5:48 (KJV)
Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.

No lies, no dishonesty, no duplicity, no deception, no theft, no lust, no greed, no laziness, no selfishness, no gluttony, no carnal addictions, no drug addictions, no witchcraft, no worship of idolatry, no idolization of men, will be acceptable or permitted even for one moment in the kingdom of Heaven, and therefore we should not be participating in any of these on earth, if we are truly consumed and excited, dedicated and devoted to the Salvation and Redemption of men, coming out of hell’s darkness into God’s Light. What greater occupation could we be involved in? What could possibly reproduce a greater reward?

Jesus wants us to learn how to overcome all the traps, snares, lies, webs, deceptions, temptations, tests, and trials that will at one time or another assault every single believer, to test the depth and reality of his faith.

Has your faith been tested?

In the Testing process: Five out of the 7 churches fell short of the test. Some received horrifically stern warnings due to the insufficiency of their works, and the outright rebellion in their churches to the Word of God.

This very idea flies in the face of much modern false church theology, that says men are not saved by their works, yet it is by their works that these 7 churches were judged either worthy, or insufficient in the sight of God. And those who fell short were clearly at risk of losing their salvation. This is clearly and definitively stated, yet, this also flies in the face of much modern theology.

One church received an exceptionally high calling that would involve intense persecution. This high calling was not given to them because of disobedience, but because of holy and faithful heavenly obedience. In their calling, they would suffer tribulation 10 days, that may likely end in the death, but they were not to worry because they would receive God’s Life in the Exchange. They would exalted by God, those certain chosen individuals in the church.

The one big message to “The 7 Churches” is contained in 7 smaller messages.

This message is full of warnings, heavenly promises, perils, tribulations, persecutions, prosecutions, infinite blessings, eternal rewards, and heavenly expectations that are incumbent and inherent upon every believer in the Body of Christ to learn, know and obey. It is now, and always should be, the first Priority of the People of God to Hear the Voice of the Good Shepherd and Follow His Lead. Receive His Instruction. Be Thankful for His Correction. And Implement His Assessed Actions, every time we read them in the Testimony of God.

Not to do so is to put ourselves, our families, and our faith at risk. Very Shortly: we will clearly see, through message to the 7 Churches, that those who chose not to obey the Voice of their Master, actually put their own Salvation at Risk. And those who lack the works of salvation, may come up short on the day of salvation. This is a serious subject that needs to be clearly seen through the eyes of the Spirit of God as it is clearly laid out in these two short chapters in the Book (or letter) of Revelation.

The Power and influence of this one big message should be monumental and persuasive in the life of every single believer, and in the life of every single church fellowship that names the name of Christ.

This message should put Fear, Honor, Glory, Respect, Confidence, Zeal, Joy, and a Heart of Obedience into the Life of every Follower of Christ. To study this message and apply it to your own fellowship in Christ should be paramount for every believer who names the name of Christ. Not to give due honor, due diligence, and due priority to this message is to be heavily negligent to the Word of God. Not to give due obedience to this message will likely end in making many wrong decisions while attempting to walk with God or to remain in agreement in His Word.

How can one man claim to be a follower of Jesus Christ and not be intimately aware and heavenly responsive, and earthly sensitive to Christ’s message to the seven churches?

Jesus himself said,

John 10:27 (KJV)“My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.”

If I don’t know and don’t care about the very words of Christ’s personal assessment of His Church:

    • How can I say I know his Word?
    • How can I say I know his Voice?

If I don’t know His Written clear Word, how can I then be confident that I can discern His Voice and be certain to know when I am following it?

Those who claim to know his voice, but are not familiar nor dedicated to knowing his written word, or who twist his written word, are the most suspect to being or becoming false followers of Christ.

If we call him our Lord,
He needs to be our Lord

Jesus himself begs the question: “Why do ye call me lord and do not do the things that I say?”

Luke 6:46-47 (KJV)
46 And why call ye me, Lord, Lord, and do not the things which I say?
47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:

In this one question, Jesus reveals what really matters to Him. Jesus is not interested in our theological debating powers. What Jesus is interested in is our obedience, our practical implementation of his direct counsel and instruction, that He received from His Father to give to us as a gift. That has always been the case since the very beginning. God is not interested in our intellectual abilities unless that intellect is fully devoted to Learning and doing what he has said, and what He will instruct us to do. That is our faithfulness in God.

John 7:16-17 (KJV)
Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me. 17 If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

If we claim to have intimate fellowship with God most high, the ruler of the universe, but do not have an obedient mindset and a willing heart to do the very things that he has asked and expected of us, we deceive ourselves thinking we have a healthy relationship with someone when in fact we are in rebellion to, and we, in fact, resist his wisdom, knowledge and foresight in our lives to our own peril and destruction.God’s wisdom, knowledge, teaching and instruction is clearly based on His Infinite Understanding of the Future and What Eternal Relationships Need to Function in and throughout the Infinite Future.

Therefore His Word and His Instruction is graciously given to us in order to get us ready to be prepared for His Infinite Life that will be permanent and eternal. This new life has no place for selfishness, sinfulness, wrong doing, dishonesty, or disloyalty of any kind. To confirm this we simply have only to refer directly to His Word:

John 8:34-38 (KJV)

Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin. 35 And the servant abideth not in the house for ever: but the Son abideth ever. 36 If the Son therefore shall make you free, ye shall be free indeed. 37 I know that ye are Abraham’s seed; but ye seek to kill me, because my word hath no place in you. 38 I speak that which I have seen with my Father: and ye do that which ye have seen with your father.

Those who abideth not in the house forever, are the same as those who are blocked and rejected at the gates of heaven. They are scheduled to be turned away from the Throne of God forever. They will not inherit the Kingdom of God, nor enjoy its infinite pleasures that will last for eternity.

Instead, they chose (their 30 pieces of silver) to spend them on their pleasures in this world’s temporary indulgences and pursuits of man, rejecting their invitation to their eternal and permanent position and pursuit of the Infinite God.

As such, they will receive what they chose to pursue in this life, but they will miss out on what they chose not to pursue that was devoted to receiving the Life to Come.

When we serve God in Spirit and Truth, we tap into a deep stream, we enter into a higher life, a more real existence, one that transcends the pleasures and powers, the rewards and fruits of this world.

This is the clear teaching of the Word of God, but it is often clearly absent from the modern churches who hire modern day preachers to entertain modern day church goers by teaching “feel good” modern day lessons that are clearly disconnected from the Testimony of Jesus, which will become clearly evident as you dive into the Message below.

In other words the kind of hearing that God is looking for produces faithful and obedient action (not a “feel good” do nothing belief). So you can see that “Any kind of hearing that does not produce faithful and obedient action is not the kind of hearing God is looking for in those who claim to have true fellowship with him.”

What is a False Convert?

In fact anyone who claims to have intimate fellowship with God, and is not intimately obedient to his word, can rightly be called a deceiver, who is being deceived, and a liar who is in fact lying, and/or a pretender who is pretending to be someone whom he is not, also known as a hypocrite. These are commonly called false converts in today’s modern language. In order to transition from being a false convert to an authentic and genuine true convert, the believer must become a doer of the Word of God, and not just a hearer only. In order not be a false convert preacher, the teacher of the Word of God must also teach and example the doing of the Word of God in Active Faith, and not teach the “just believe, divorced from the Works of God” and much teach the challenging and cutting words of Jesus, and not just tickle the ears of those they teach.

Jesus clearly taught this simple principle over and over and over again while teaching the gospel to his students: through parables, instructions, godly commandments, terrible warnings, and heavenly blessed promises and rewards. The vast gulf of difference between the false convert, and the genuine disciple of Christ is the difference between life and death, heaven and hell, Truth and Hypocrisy, Heavenly Freedom and Worldly Bondage (lies, fears, deceptions, and duplicity of character).

Many people today talk a good talk, but come up way short when it comes to walking a good walk, like the second son below.

Matthew 21:28-31 (KJV)
28 But what think ye? A certain man had two sons; and he came to the first, and said, Son, go work to day in my vineyard. 29 He answered and said, I will not: but afterward he repented, and went. 30 And he came to the second, and said likewise. And he answered and said, I go, sir: and went not. 31 Whether of them twain did the will of his father? They say unto him, The first. Jesus saith unto them, Verily I say unto you, That the publicans and the harlots go into the kingdom of God before you.

How many today follow in the footsteps of the second son?

How many today have gone to work to labor in God’s Vineyard this very day? According to statistics I would make an educated guess that less than 2% of those in this body of Christ have gone out into his vineyard and then the labored with diligence to labor in the Will of God in this season of God’s harvest. In fact, they have often been taught to do the very opposite. They have been taught not to labor. They have been taught that only the professionals are qualified to do the laboring.

In the Modern Church: The job of the average church goer is just to sit and listen, and do nothing, but “just believe.” This is clearly not the teaching of God, the teaching of Christ, the teaching of the Apostles, nor Prophets, nor of the preachers, teachers, evangelists of the NEW TESTAMENT. This is in fact a lie, and a deep and wicked deception that has entered the Church through false representatives like the Nicolaitans.(*See Below.)

The False Church is Run Like a Business

This professional division between the clergy and the laity, is a perverse freakish mutant monstrosity created by the devil himself (does that sound critical?) and is teaching a practice that God hates, yet this Nicolaitan influence, and its church structure, and church dominance is prominent in almost every modern church that is run like a business, and not a true spiritual family. This is the professional model exampled in almost every large church (over 50 people) I have ever been to.

In a true, biblically ordained, spirit led church, there is not just one person talking and everybody else just listening and basically doing nothing (which sets the “modus of operandi” for the entire practice and state of the church).

In a true biblical church service, exampled in the letter of 1st Corinthians Chapter 14, the whole Body of Christ is involved in the Service, and the Spirit of God in the Congregation of the Saints is alive and active and stirring up lives and life in the midst of the Congregation, and the people who walk with God are able to express their True Worship of God in an atmosphere of Grace and Truth, of Freedom and Powerful Witness:

1 Corinthians 14:26-33 (KJV)
26 How is it then, brethren? when ye come together, every one of you hath 1) a psalm, hath 2) a doctrine, hath 3) a tongue, hath 4) a revelation, hath 5) an interpretation. Let all things be done unto edifying. 27 If any man speak in an unknown tongue, let it be by two, or at the most by three, and that by course; and let one interpret. 28 But if there be no interpreter, let him keep silence in the church; and let him speak to himself, and to God. 29 Let the prophets speak two or three, and let the other judge. 30 If any thing be revealed to another that sitteth by, let the first hold his peace. 31 For ye may all prophesy one by one, that all may learn, and all may be comforted. 32 And the spirits of the prophets are subject to the prophets. 33 For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.

What Paul is describing is for all the churches of the Saints. In other words, this is to be a common experience among all the Churches. But guess what, a church that is not led by the Holy Spirit of God, but is being controlled and organized and programmed, and even timed, and scheduled by the planning and workings of men, will not have the same freedom, nor the same spirit in the Worship of God, as the service described by the Apostle Paul for all the Churches.

So this type of Holy Spirit directed service is completely excluded from the 501c3 church, and the man centered programmed church, and the worldly minded scheduled church, wear church services are planned scheduled weeks in advance before the service begins, where everything has to be approved by the elders and the board of directors, and signed off by the pastors and the deacons. So where is scheduled slot that is given for the Holy Spirit in the People of God given to build up and edify one another? Even the songs to be sung are preprogrammed and are often performed like some professional stage act, and hired professional choir directors, and hired professional musicians and the like, and their are schedules practice sessions to further enhance and control the performance on stage. Even the announcements to be made are pre-approved, even the prayers to be said are often pre-programmed, the sermons to be preached are pre-approved, and the early service has to exit the building quickly to make room for the mid service who have to exit quickly to make room for the later service. (And yes, I have been to these kinds of church services), and the times of fellowship have to be programmed into the church schedule.

So what is the ministry all about? The people, or the show? The Family of God building heavenly relationships in the Kingdom of God, through the Power, Love, Submission, and Presence of God’s Holy Spirit, or the pre-programmed, controlled, manipulated performances of the professional stage hands, and stage performers, and audio-visual technicians.

I dare say, the professional stage performance christianity is not what God is looking for. It is not what God designed. It is not was makes men and women grow to into an intimate Family of Heavenly Worshippers and powerful servants of the One True King of Heaven. I dare say, the Son of God, and the Blessed Holy Spirit have been kicked off the stage performance Christian Show Church Performances. They have been replaced by man’s planning, performing, entertaining, cleverness, and heavily business minded, profit margin motivated christianity.

And it turns out, our Churches have been turned into a Businesses. They are designed to bring in the maximum number of People and to do so with the minimum amount of social interactions and relationship development, creating the least amount of conflict, and the least amount of care and concern and relationship with one another.

Has Your Pastor Visited Your Home?

You might notice that if your pastor is a hireling and not a true shepherd following the example and the mandates of the Great and Glorious Good Shepherd, and if he is running a profit motivated 501c3 church, chances are good that he will not have darkened the doorway of your home. He will not have come to your house to see you. He will not have sit down to have a covenant meal with you. He will not have conversed with you, to know the stance of your salvation, to know the status of the salvation of your spouse, your children, your parents, and grand parents, your grandchildren and your neighbors. He will not likely have enquired about the your plans to reach your neighbors with the Gospel, nor will have taken the time to pray with you about your ministry to the lost, or your works in the community, where you serve as a light for the Gospel of Christ. In fact, his relationship with you will primarily begin and end, at the door of his Church, the one with his name on the Bulletin, and is often on the placard in the front of the Church.

In most “business type Churches” the pastor has never visited the majority of the homes of the people in his Church. His duties revolve around “the business” of the Sunday Worship Service, and the head count, and the tithes he is motivated to be collecting each and every Sunday. Church success is not based on the depth of obedience of the disciples in doing the Will of God. No. Church success is gaged by how many come to church each Sunday (and how much fun they are having in church), and how much is being collected in the offerings, and how to minimize strife in the congregation, by keeping everyone numb and entertained in the pews (Bread & Circus Religion).

In the “business church” everyone must be entertained, so there is a movie screen (video panel) in every meeting room, in the church. (I know I’ve been a part of these churches.) There are videos for the babies, videos for children, videos for youth, for the college/career groups, for young marrieds, for the elderly. Everyone has a program suited to entertain and titillate their particular interests. This is the business model created in seminaries and run by church growth experts across the business world church landscape.

Any Organization Run by “The Professionals” basically nullifies the Family Nature and Organic Living Structure and Family Accountability of the Early Church Model. In the original model everybody knew everyone in the Church, and the leaders were raised up within the Church and were well know to the Body of Christ having decades of continuous virtue of faith being seen and observed by all. And the pastors were intimately involved in the spiritual family life and mission of the church.

This protected the Early Church from fake Charlatans and Fake Shepherds and False Prophets and false Teachers, and False Pastors that are hirelings by nature with the design of looking to take advantage of the Nicolaitan system of church government and leadership (by controlling the people). These hirelings do their work for pay. They look for the best salary they can get, and work with profit motivated boards, and elders, deacons and leaders.

How can they not be charged with the title of hirelings? They are paid and salaried professional hirelings and Lords over the Laity. Instead becoming servants who serve and lead by the example of Christ and the Apostles who needed no salary but lived on what the Lord provided for them all the days of their lives. That is the key difference between the early church and the modern church, one is a business that hires and fires it workers, and splits over trivial disagreements and offenses, the other is a family that serves one another out of Love for God, and disciplines its members through organic relationships, and not for money or personal Business benefits, or to increase book sales.

Luke 16:13 (KJV)
13 No servant can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one [the hireling], and love the other [the servant]; or else he will hold to the one [the hireling], and despise the other [the servant]. Ye cannot serve God and mammon.

The call to the ministry was never intended to be a call to employment or a professional career that would generate money, houses, cars, salaries, savings accounts, personal spending money, and a lucrative lifestyle, including vacation homes, luxury cruises, luxury car collections, airplanes, jets, and the like. Never. It was always to be a ministry of selfless sacrifice and service to the weak, the needy, the lost, the hurting, the widow, the orphan, and the persecuted, fulfilling the call to take the Gospel to the ends of the earth, beginning with one’s self.

Matthew 23:11-12 (KJV)

11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.
12 And whosoever shall exalt himself shall be abased; and he that shall humble himself shall be exalted.

From the Perspective of Heaven and from God’s Holy Throne:Any kind of serving that does not produce faithful obedient action will be regarded not as the kind of hearing that is approved by God. To say I will go, and “go not” is simple willful disobedience and dishonor directed at the Father by the son of rebellion. And such rebellion will be duly noted and duly rewarded as we shall see in the Message of Jesus to the 7 Churches, in Revelation Chapters 2 and 3.

Today it is normal for a pastor to not care for the sheep in any real personal way. Sadly this appears to be the natural state of mind for the great majority of those inside the so-called church of God, as much as it is outside the church of God. (Statistically the divorce rates, the amount of pornography, the amount of worldly entertainment, the amount of decadent living, and partying, and the lack of “The Works of God” are often somewhat similar to those outside the Church, as to those inside the church. In fact, many atheists live by higher moral and ethical standards than those inside the Church. Is not a true indicator that there is something deeply wrong in the so called Church of God?

Why do some atheists have better reputations than many church leaders? Is this not a direct condemnation and clear indication that error has entered the church and is very active among its members and church leadership?

Because:Our normal inclination is to be self willed, and disobedient to God. It takes diligent effort and diligent application of the Word of God to the Believer in God to put God’s Word into Action in His Life. This will become that much harder, when everyone around that believer is saying not to obey God’s Word, that is for the professionals to do. You can’t do that. You will only mess it up. You will only cause more damage than good. You are not professionally trained, therefore you cannot do the Will and Word of God correctly. You job is just to sit and listen and believe.

As such, we gather together in fellowships where we establish agreement, and practices, and lifestyles, that promote disobedience to the word of God, and to the life of God that he has offered to us. And if we try to step outside the box that has been created for us we will immediately be labeled “intolerant, divisive, legalistic, insensitive, unkind, judgmental, negative, religious, heretical, and even satanic.” Such is the Churches grip on her own destruction through her rebellion to the Word and Testimony of Jesus.

What we are about to learn is that this problem has existed from the very early stages in the history of the Body of Christ, His Church. And it stands to be corrected by Him. Those who listen to his word will repent and be saved. Those who reject his word will not see a need to repent, and ultimately will not repent, and consequently they will not be saved from their own deception, delusion, and their ultimate destruction.

In our modern society, we have become inundated with “toxic positivity” that keeps ignorant and incapable of dealing with “negative situations.”But in the Gospel of God, we must confront the fact that Jesus spoke approximately 75% negative words, critical judgments, and horrific warnings from the father himself to his own beloved children, so that his own children would not be deceived, lost, and ultimately destroyed.

Jesus addresses the heavy and negative situations clearly and precisely out of His great love and out of great concern for His Children. Jesus spoke the Fathers’s Words and Testimony Faithfully, just as all those who would pick up there cross and follow Him would do so after he would leave the earth for a season, handing the baton of the Word of God, and the Ministry of His Word to His Church, and all the people who would love, follow and obey His Word. He handed the responsibility to speak both positive (25%) and negative (75%) to his disciples to fulfill in their Great Work of Salvation that would extend around the earth, and cover it from North to South.

As in the parable of the sower 75%, or 3 of the 4 soils were so compromised, so corrupted, and so polluted, that they were worthless to the farmer. Only one out of four soils( 25%) ever fully received and implemented the message of the Saviour. The Final fourth soil was obviously diligent and ready to put into action that which that word of God was teaching and wasdevoted to presenting a great grace, a great love, and great devotion, creating a great labor which produced a great harvest: some 100, 60, 30 fold what was sown.

And as Jesus later told his disciples, if they didn’t understand and believe this parable, how could they understand or believe in any of the parables of Jesus. In others words, this parable is a key to all other parables, yet how often has it been taught accurately, faithfully, and clearly with the mindset of obeying this parable towards the heart and minds of those who attend the modern church?

In other words when it comes to hearing the word of God we need to prepare ourselves before we listen to be able to digest the food we receive, in order to turn such food into work and labor and profitable exercise. Not to do so is to become fat, lazy, and worthless to the kingdom of heaven.
