The video below is not strictly about Chinese language and the Bible, or even about the Bible at all, really. But it is an interesting testimony if you will about the tower of Babel, and how it documents the different languages around the world, and how they sounded. It is  just interesting to hear, these different languages, and imagine all these people trying to talk to each other on the day that God judged the people of the Earth at the tower of Babylon, separated the languages, so that each group of people could not talk to one another. Which eventually motivated each people group to spread throughout the Earth and inhabit it, as God said that they should to all the places we now know as the nations of the earth.
