It’s About Time

(John 17:6-26)

Isn’t it About Time?

Time to Begin living the Life
God himself has purchased
and planned out for you to have,
From Before the World was Made.

He planned for you to receive His LIFE!

His Life.

That Life is nothing short of miraculous—-

If we serve an Almighty God, then we should be Living in an Almighty Faith.

That’s what he intended for us to have. If you doubt–Check this out.

This is often called Jesus’ High and Holy Prayer … or High Priestly Prayer.

John 17:6-26 (KJV)

6 I have manifested Thy Name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept Thy Word

So in other words: Those who Know Him, have something special going on in their lives. Something Miraculous. They know His Name, and they Know His Word.

Those are just some of the side benefits of having His Name revealed to you. Also, being given to the Father and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, three in One–it doesn’t get much more radical than that!

The ones who will keep his Word, will not let anything diminish it, extinguish it, nor harm it in any way, because they carry His Name. They will not let His Words, nor His Name Fall to the Ground.

7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. 8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.

If you know Jesus is Praying for you, you know that everything you think, say, and do, will matter, not only to Jesus, but to the Father, and to the Holy Spirit. Being One, with those Three Magnificent Persons, is mind boggling, is it not? What a privilege! What a Life!

The Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit paid a High Price to invite us into their World, their Kingdom, their positions of privilege and power, they have made available to us. (For more on this please read the Blood Covenant, from beginning to the End.)

Jesus continues his rare and open dialogue with the Father, that we get to listen in on. Now, he begins his prayer of intercession … What insights can we gain here?

9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. 10 And all mine are thine, and thine are mine; and I am glorified in them. 11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are. 12 While I was with them in the world, I kept them in thy name: those that thou gavest me I have kept, and none of them is lost, but the son of perdition; that the scripture might be fulfilled. 13 And now come I to thee; and these things I speak in the world, that they might have my joy fulfilled in themselves. 14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

If Jesus being glorified in You and Me, is not a part of His Supernatural, Miraculous, and Other Dimension Living, I don’t know what is. Possibly the reason we don’t experience this depth of dimension in our relationship with God, is going to be addressed next …

15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world,
but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.

16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

Too many times we are tempted to try to have one foot, and four toes in the world, and just keep our little baby toe in the kingdom. There comes a time in the life of every believer, that they must determine that this world is not the home. That the people in this world are not their friends. That the things in this world are not their treasures. And nothing in this world will make the cut through the fire of purification on our way into Heaven.

17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.

Hopefully, we can see through this prayer, The High Regard Heaven holds towards God’s Name, and His Word. When we are walking in agreement with God, we will hold the same values, honoring the sacredness of both his Name and His Word. That is who we are called to be.

18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

The chain of command in God’s Heavenly Kingdom has been unbroken since the very beginning. God has always been at work, drawing individuals, families, communities, cities, and nations to come and worship Him in Spirit and Truth. What he has done, he is still doing.

20 Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word;

This is where the real “About Us” comes into play. We are the ones being spoken of Jesus here.  We have come to believe through the message of Salvation given from the Father to Jesus. From Jesus to the Apostles, and early Disciples. From their message, a new generation of disciples came forth, and then another, and another, and another, and another, all the way down to you and I. We are the ones who believed on Jesus through “their word.”

21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

There it is again. We are One, As the Father, and the Son are One. We are in Him, and He is in us. And if He is truly in us, If His Word and His Name are truly in US then we will be sharing the Goodness, The Glory, The Hope, the Power, the Healing, the Forgiveness, the Grace and the Love of Him with those around us. How could we not. How could we keep all this to our selfish little selves. That would be impossible, if He is in us, His Nature, His Character, His Power, His Word, His Boldness will manifest itself in our lives.

22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: 23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world. 25 O righteous Father, the world hath not known thee: but I have known thee, and these have known that thou hast sent me. 26 And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them.

In short order: This is what we here are all about. John 17, pretty much sums it up.

When I say “WE”, I mean all faithful, loyal, honest, truthful, humble, obedient, upright, caring, serving, blessed, favored, righteous, holy, pure, patient, good, kind, loving,  forgiving, generous, helpful, longsuffering, joyful, radiant, bold, courageous, unstoppable, unbeatable, never quitting, always persevering, Spirit led, Bible Trained, Covenant Keeping, Sacrificially Giving and Believing Sons and Daughters of the Most High God.

If you have been Born Again, Raised from the Dead, Sanctified in His Blood, Buried in the Water, Cleansed of your Sins, Forgiven for your Past, Empowered for your Future–You are surely a precious brother and sister in Christ. And we are called to be One, even as Jesus and the Father are One, we are to be One in Him, and He in us, both individually, and corporately.

That was his idea, not ours. That is His Plan, and we are simply called to believe, follow it, and share it with others. The more we do. The more we will grow.

This website has been in the planning stages for a long time. It is just beginning to scratch the surface of the content that I believe the Father wants us to Study, Learn, Know, Grow into, Do, and Share.

The Father is bringing souls from different backgrounds and different traditions, in order to make for himself a beautiful glorious Bride. He has made her linen garments white, being washed in the Blood of the Lamb. She has become clean, and pure, and whole, and dead to sin, and alive to God.

And, Yes, it is true, everyone struggles with sin, selfishness, doubt, fears, insecurities, addictions and the like, but the sooner we get plugged into righteous fellowship, and righteous godly disciplines that are shared values in the sacred Assemblies of God, the sooner we have a collective power to defeat our enemy, and cover one another with holy and righteous, and powerful prayers.

This is what we should be about. Even as Jesus told his mother, as a twelve year old boy, sharpening his faith, and his words, still growing up in the full stature and grace of God with other men of God in worshipping and sharing in the Temple of God in Jerusalem.

Luke 2:48-49 (KJV) Son, why hast thou thus dealt with us? behold, thy father and I have sought thee sorrowing. 49 And he said unto them, How is it that ye sought me? Wist ye [know you …] not that I must be about my Father’s business?

That is what we are about … about our Father’s Business. We hope to encourage you and you will encourage us in our mutual faith. Maybe some day we can share the Gospel Boldly with the lost together, going into your neighborhood or ours, constantly seeking to save the lost lamb that left the sheepfold and wandered off…

Our foundation and spiritual building blue print is simple:

  1. Preach the Gospel of Repentance & Faith (Law & Grace).
  2. Make Disciples (raising them up to Make Disciples, who Make Disciples, who go out and make more disciples–teaching them to Learn, Grow, and Share the Word of God with excellence, faithfulness, boldness, freedom, with in God’s Righteous Blessing and Favor, Humility and Grace.)
  3. Raise up Leaders (to build up house churches)
  4. Send out missionaries (to reach new areas to network to build house churches). The best way to connect with us is to register on this website, and we can share stuff through email, and if possible when visiting your area, we could encourage one another through our mutual faith and grace, possibly even sharing a project in serving the LORD–that the Father and Son and Spirit would have us do together.

    Shalom,

    Brother Thomas.
