Let’s allow the Word of God to speak for itself, and bear witness to God’s Will.
1 Corinthians 6:1-10 (NIV) 1 If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord’s people? 2 Or do you not know that the Lord’s people will judge the world? And if you are to judge the world, are you not competent to judge trivial cases? 3 Do you not know that we will judge angels? How much more the things of this life! 4 Therefore, if you have disputes about such matters, do you ask for a ruling from those whose way of life is scorned in the church?5 I say this to shame you. Is it possible that there is nobody among you wise enough to judge a dispute between believers? 6 But instead, one brother takes another to court—and this in front of unbelievers!
7 The very fact that you have lawsuits among you means you have been completely defeated already. Why not rather be wronged? Why not rather be cheated? 8 Instead, you yourselves cheat and do wrong, and you do this to your brothers and sisters. 9 Or do you not know that wrongdoers will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived: Neither the sexually immoral, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor men who have sex with men, 10 nor thieves, nor the greedy, nor drunkards, nor slanderers [gossips], nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God.

- Can a true believer in Christ flagrantly dishonor and disobey God’s Word on the subject of lawsuits, and not suffer the consequences of their actions?
- Can a true believer self-justify their own actions above God’s Word in the area of disregarding God’s Counsel on Lawsuits?
- Can a true believer deceive themselves into directly disobeying the direct counsel of God, after being confronted with the Truth, and still defy God’s word, with a pure and upright Heart?
Several Specific and more detailed questions: regarding a Marriage Lawsuit
- What is the stated problem for a believer taking another believer to court?
- Why does Paul say it should never be done?
- What does Paul give as the Biblical Alternative to a worldly lawsuit?
- Why have you not pursued that Biblical course of Action?
- What does God say will happen if one chooses todishonor and disobey God’s Word? Reject His solemn Counsel? And flagrantly disregard His Authority, His Instructions, and His Law?
- What does God equate to the person who wrongs another brother in Christ in this way?
- Who does Paul say benefits from this kind of action and rebellion to God’s Word?
- Can you see how closely God is relating “believers taking believers” to court as being those who are:Deceived, Being wrong doers, Being those who will not inherit the kingdom of God? To being are Deceivers? Equal to Those who are: Immoral? Idolaters? Adulterers? Thieves? Greedy? Slanderers (a.k.a, Gossips), Swindlers? And that none of these will inherit the Kingdom of God?
- Do you not see the seriousness of rebellion, that God holds to everyone who must give an account of every careless word Spoken?
- Do you see how critical the consequences of our listening to the voice of the enemy in putting us in direct confrontation with the King of Heaven, while is opposing the Gospel? And God’s Word to His People?
- Can we see that: Those who counsel one to go to court to get a divorce, are in direct violation of the Word of God?
- And it is possible that they will not suffer the consequences of breaking their covenant before God (in a marriage lawsuit) and before many and ending their relationship which they started in the House of God, before His Throne, and are ending it in the Court of man, before the world rulers of this dark age?
- And your actions, and nefarious collusions will not only come back to harm you, but to harm everyone you have partnered with, gossiped to, invested in slander, and speaking behind the back?
- Out of all the people you have gossiped and slandered with, not one person has contacted me, so everyone of those people are now in spiritual collusion with you, never having double checked the other side of the story. , and with all who you have chosen to defy God’s Word with?
- I just want you to be sure beyond any shadow of a doubt that you have prepared a course of action that is destined to fail, and harm you and everyone you have involved in it. We are all connected by the spirits we obey. And it is so dangerous to connect with those spirits that choose to premeditatedly prepare a program that is 100% beyond any shadow of a doubt against the very Word of God, Will of God, Wisdom of God, and Work of God.
- I want you to think long and hard about this before you proceed. Was the day you killed the 5 oldest, largest, most noble fish in the pond, (who have had a key role in keeping the pond clean, eating multiple times their body weight in algae, and stuff) for the entire 7 years I have been blessed by this property), the same day you executed your will to take your believing husband to court to possibly divide this property?
- Doesn’t it somehow seem like there is a sign there? And the sign of your eyes going bad? And the sign of your multiple sicknesses and illnesses, you have kept telling me about as you have progressed down this dark road of disregarding God’s Word and disrespecting His Will?
- Is it no wonder you have not been open, honest, truthful, forth coming, nor trustworthy, for such a long time?
- No wonder there has been such deep tension, with no resolution in sight in our relationship? You have been carrying this dark secret plan, for how many years? All the way until last Sunday night, when you lied about your whole program, but finally admitted it.
- Jax, I am afraid that you will never get free from your own demons, that have been guiding you to spread gossip, hire lawyers, attract followers to your cause, never once mentioning any of this to the husband you entered into a covenant to love and obey, serve, and assist, all the days of your life until death do we part. But like Judas hid for so long, but finally showed his true colors, when he went to the lawyers to get what money he could before they stuck the spear in Jesus side.
- All this time I have found out that you are sticking daggers into my back, all around our community, telling one side of the story, your side. I have already been tried, convicted, and judged guilty in the court of public opinion, but guess what. Not one of your so called friends, who received your gossip, and your slander, and likely libel. Not one of them came to me, and asked for my side of the story nor cared one wit about their involvement in a demonic plan, that you have cooked and simmered, and are now ready to serve.
- Jax, I truly feel sorry for you. Because you will never be able to fix all the evil you have done so far.
- And you, like Judas, will never be able to fix the darkness you have conceived in your own heart.
- I’m sure Judas was thinking he was doing the right thing even before he did it.
In his own mind he was right, just like in your own mind you are right. - In fact, you have always been right. You opinion has always been above your husbands. You have always been skillfully able to block any opposing or alternative view to your own, and now your at at the Apex of fulfilling your viewpoint. And I am sorry for you. I truly am.
- One of the absolute worst judgments of God, is that he releases his child to choose his own way, to go along his own path, to walk away from the narrow road of truth, and enforce his will above God’s Clearly Revealed Eternal will.
- And you have never consider the magnitude of the evil you are doing now.
- You may think this is just another simple court case where a wife is going to get her share of the money, etc., but the spiritual roots and plays involved go much, much deeper than that. The Cost you have to pay, to get your money. And the price you will have to pay every time you try to spend that money that was gained, by ill-gotten, premeditated, corporately aligned false representation. Every penny you spend will come back to haunt you, all of your days. You will never get free from all your evil planning, evil scheming, and direct defiance of God, in all your ways.
